A little dated. No ironing room or iron in rooms. The key system. Dropping at reception and no checks upon return if you are resident in that room when requested. You just come in, say a number of the room keys you can see hanging up and it’s number and they give it to you. Nothing to stop anyone calling in, saying s room number, being given the key and then entering the room.

The Ukraina woman in the resepsjon should take a course in how to treat tourist. She was not nice at all. There was a black man there, I do not know his name, he was fantastic.

Area was rough. Loud at night. Lots of substance and alcohol abuse on the street screaming and shouting all hours. Dangerous area for kids/families at night not many edible restaurants near by all take Away

Small room but everything was in it. Comfortable bed, reading light, plenty of power points, hangers in the cupboard, mirror, TV, rack for open suitcase, excellent bathroom with hairdryer. Fabulous breakfast included in the stay.

The location is amazing! Right next to the main train station in Hamburg and pretty close to the city center. The service was good and the breakfast was nice as well.

The was a bin directly outside the front door so you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to leave the hotel.

The hotel was not far from the main train station (Hbf) so very convenient and easy to find. The room was surprisingly large and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and spotlessly clean. There was a good selection to choose from for breakfast including continental options, cereals and a variety of eggs. There was a vending machine across from the reception area offering beers, wine, soft drinks, crisps and chocolate. Good value for money.

The area of hotel is located in area full of Middle Eastern people, area looks a bit chaotic, run down, can see drug addicts everywhere and they openly use drugs at alleys and got lots of people asking donation. Feel not safe when walk around alone esp night.

Location, just in front of Hamburg central train station and central bus station. Easy for over night stay to take trains, bus next day. Breakfast is good, typical German breakfast with fair varieties. Personnel in hotel is friendly and allow earlier check in. Room is tidy, clean and well equipped, fair for the price paid.

The price seemed a bit high to me, considering that the room was small, there was no refrigerator in the room, no balcony. I stayed 3 nights, the big towels were not changed, only the small ones. At breakfast, the coffee was not of good quality. Regarding the city, in general, from the window the impression left was of an unsafe city/area, streets with a lot of commotion, noise at night, police, so that after dark we were afraid to leave the hotel.

The main advantage of this accommodation is its location, right outside the Hamburg Hbh train and metro station. This way you can visit the city, but you can also go by train to other cities easily. The hotel is OK, clean, very good beds, hot water, heat, functional installations. Very good breakfast, great orange juice!

The hotel is old and it´s visible. WiFi doesn´t work well. At night it was very busy in the corridors of the hotel. Totally stupid WC where do you have no space for legs.

Quite noisy in rooms. Sounds from the street were gone by closing the window, but sounds from people talking in the hallway was quite loud.

room is fine. location is very near the bus and trainstation. There is a place where you can leave your luggage which was very convenient as we had to check out in the am and had to take a bus very near the hotel in the afternoon. Staff was friendly.
