Some parts in the room were not mounted properly (e.g. the shower faucet and the shower curtain). Parking in the hotels garage cost an extra 12€ a day, which was not listed in the property description.

The property was close to the freeway and some bus stations. The rooms were flooded with light and there were some parking spaces around the hotel. Breakfast was great and freshly prepared each morning.

There wasn't enough light in the room. The furniture and bathroom fixtures were very outdated. I'd never think of finding them in a 4-star hotel! The room wasn't very clean. It faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy with the window open (and unfortunately, there was no air conditioning). There were only single sockets near bedside tables, but it would be nice to have double ones as your are supposed to turn on a bedside lamp and charge your mobile at the same time.

Very spacious bedroom with enough space for two big suitcases. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee available in the room. Friendly staff. A bakery and a restaurant are just nearby.

Location was a bit off and difficult to find by GPS. We ended up at the wrong place twice before finally coming to the right address. No free parking, but we found parking in the street nearby.

Everything was fine. Nice to have a restaurant in the building as the hotel was not located in the city center. We didn´t eat there but it adds to the nice feeling.

I asked for a diasabled access room with 2 beds . The hotel replied OK . On arrival we had to make up the second bed ourselves and the room was not disabled accessible, with step up to the shower and narrow doors . Also note, the bar at the hotel is a smokers bar .

I am not sure who's mistake this is, either booking.com or from the hotel: when we booked it showed free breakfast included, in the hotel we where told it was room only and breakfast would cost extra. We where on our way home after holiday so this was not really an issue. (we did not have breakfast in the hotel)

We had a nice large room in the 'round tower' We did really like that we could open the windows for fresh air! Hotel has its own underground parking (at very reasonable costs) Directly connected to the hotel is an Italian restaurant where we had a very good dinner. Very good staff at the restaurant!

There were only two flat cushions on the bed, One for each. I need to sleep a little higher and asked for a second cushion. I didn´t get one. It was not possible to get another cushion.

The location is quite good. Close to many supermarkets and some restaurants. It has a parking garage.

Relatively difficult access to the hotel. We had your address in our GPS but it led us to a completely different area. Please update information in the booklet for the hotel guests. You write there as if sauna is still working, while it is history. No foreign TV channels on TV, even though you mention it in the booklet.

We'd asked for a quiet room, and we got it, thank you very much. Enjoyed silence around us and birds singing outside and the windows overlooking the green belt outside. Lovely breakfast, fresh products and what is not always the rule in hotels, cosy and spacious breakfast room with a nice view. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast was excellent. They had everything I wanted, like good coffee, jogurt and müsli, tasty bread with cheese and cutlery, bacon and much more. Also, we could have our dog outside the breakfast rook so that he could see us and stay calm. For a dog-owner it was really nice to just go outside on the back and straight into a big park! I also found the personnel to be extremely kind and helpful.

Not possible to adjust heating, very warm night I missed a good chair.
