Aircon didnt work and it was extremely warm during the day and night. Sky didn't work.

The room was very nice and clean. Early check-in was available. We landed early morning, I already informed the hotel reception regarding my early arrival to the hotel around 9 am. The receptionist was helpful.

Someone smoked in a room before our arrival. But after opening the window smell disappeared.

Breakfast to simple and verry poor, Bar does not work neither you can buy something from wending machine since they dont have it. In room there is no spoon with little Milk for coffee or Tea. Dirty and sticky Fan for hair. Uncomfortable bed.

Fitness centre, treadmill was dreadfully not working properly and in open space where Sauna's were. It was absolutely roasting in the basement. Breakfast only had scrambled eggs. No fried or omelette option.

The room was huge and cozy. King size bed was comfortable. You can easily access to hotel in 15 minutes from Marienplatz by U bahn. The hotel staff were friendly. We had a problem with the kettle and they offered to change our room easily. Generally, we like the Hotel and properties.

There was no iron in the room. And also the decoration is new but a bit old-fashioned.

The hotel is close to U-Bahn station and easy to get to from the central train location. The price was reasonable for the stay. Breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful. It was a clean hotel.

It was already the second stay at this hotel and unfortunately we have a repeated negative experience with the reception staff. Specifically, it is about one man. This is the only man who spoils the overall impression of the stay and also evidently the work of the rest of the team, which otherwise works great. This man not only does not greet the client at all, but also does not raise his head from the reception desk when communicating with the client. When asked where the breakfast room is, he just points with an outstretched hand. He absolutely lacks the basics of communication with the client. It's not just the communication at the front desk, this man lacks overall courtesy and respect for people. What I consider very inappropriate is smoking in front of the main entrance to the hotel. For a hotel of this type, this is unacceptable from the point of view of hotel ethics.

Great location with good access to the center. Excellent and rich breakfast. Very comfortable beds. All clean and well maintained. Very good value for money. We appreciated the sauna included in the price. The overall impression is very good. We are happy to recommend the hotel further.
