Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The town is not super exciting and there aren't a lot of places for dinner besides one in front of the hotel

We were not quite sure if five Star international standards are met since hotel don’t have room service, valley parking. Addition to this rooms were not equipped as international five star hotels.
Hotel itself is beautiful, food is good and service is at the high level. Spa area was very positive surprise.

We booked half board in ordner to have the best relaxing time. They offered fresh salads, veg and fruits all the time which was perfect. We missed a bit Asian foods...more rice dishes, asian soups, maybe sushi or anything like that.
The hotel facilities are very well designed. The hotel room has been comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

The food in the restaurant!
The downside of this Hotell is still the food, which is expensive but very poor. Wine list is very short. Wintergarten is like a more posh school restaurant. However, the restaurant staff have improved.

For a spa hotel it is disappointing that it is impossible to book time for a massage, but in reality what is available is just the room and the bar. Even the restaurant was fully booked.

Our room was on the floor which was not renovated yet therefore for this price looked very old school. Would be great if somewhere it would be mentioned before starting the booking process.
Hotel has a really nice location. Breakfast has rich variety, staff is very friendly and helpful. Spa zone is modern and nice.

Beautiful Rome that looked right over to the beach. The breakfast was simply amazing with everything you could possibly want to eat from the time you checked in till the time you checked out service was immaculate I would love to return to this property as it is one of the best. They even reserved a table for the whole family breakfast, including my daughter and son-in-law that were on a different booking.

The Breakfast buffet was large with incredible selection! The breakfast area beautiful and comfortable. Spa facility very nice and services great. Private spa suite exceptional. Pool awesome, beautiful! Great parking area on premise.

- No phone set in the room with direct calls to reception, housekeeping etc. All calls n all issues had to be made to reception from mobile phone and if they are busy you can't solve the isue. - Service level of the reception staff has gone down very much. In case of mistakes by reception staff and my room key card wasn't working they told me that I had to go down again to reception instead of sending someone with replacement card. - Absolutely incredible was the another case. I paid all the bills previous day in the evening for we had to leave early morning the next day to the airport. When we were already leaving by car from the hotel reception clerk ran out and told me that she made a mistake and I have to pay some extra. I told her that please invoice my card since they have all my data. She was insistent that I can't leave without paying! And this is supposed to be 5 Star hotel.
