Very modern and clean studio apartments. In a great location, just a short walk from the nearest S-Bahn Station and near the harbour boat trips. In the middle of some wonderful cafes and Spanish and Portuguese restaurants. The staff team were very friendly and welcoming and more than happy to help in any way.

Self checkin is nice, but the app must work. eg. It did not accept a (mandatory) phonenumber, not german . Very frustrating process. And it takes a lot of time. Why not give the possibility to this this upfront Painting in progress in halls. Very strong disturbing smell (but not in the room). Why not use an odorless variant ??

Since the apartments are black colored, the dust particles were more evident & kept appearing from everywhere. Rooms could be cleaned often to avoid this, maybe. The kitchen has all the necessities except for Cutlery (Spoon, Fork, Knife etc.) One needs to have at least serving ladle, spoons to cook & eat the food prepared in the kitchen. Since the apartments are located in a busy area, it was a bit noisy in the night, especially on the new year's Eve.

The apartment size, facilities provided, location of the apartment, underground car parking, security, self check-in & checkout. The staff were friendly, when we asked for help during the late check-in & they kept a bottle of champagne in the fridge on New Year's Eve, which was a nice gesture from them.

Reception not manned at night so urgent requests not possible (in our case, our child was sick and there was no one to ask for extra towels, etc.).

Very nice studio and fantastic location in the Portuguese quarter - great restaurant and cafe options nearby, and only a block from the waterfront! Grocery stores and transit also very close.

Room temperature settings, informal and digital welcome. It was tricky to get in when we arrived late at night, luckily another guest let us in. But, we were able to self-check in/out with no issues!

The bed collapsed towards the middle. A firmer, flatter bed would be better.

The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel is at the end of a restaurant - filled street and 600 metres from the Landungsbrücke transport hub. A supermarket around the corner meant breakfast items were easily purchased.

Church opposite had bells which chimed every 15 minutes including though-out the night. There was also a party in the hall opposite which continued until 5am. Very difficult to sleep on Saturday night. Others nights not so much a problem to sleep.

Excellently located for getting to main sights and to centre. Good restaurants nearby. Extremely well equipped, modern spotless accommodation. Very comfortable bed.

We planned to arrive out of hours but property had not supplied instructions / bar code to gain access to lobby - had to chase for it. Unfortunately the bar code reader didn’t easily recognise the bar code from my iPhone. We had to call up and it was going to take someone 30 mins to come and let us in. Eventually got the bar code to recognise. Maybe if the property had emailed the code in advance and I had a printed copy it might have worked better. Also annoying having to complete the registration in the terminal in the foyer - surely we could go this in advance to save time?

Great location - near Minatur Wunderland. Short walk from U/S Bahn station. Many restaurants and a bakery near by. Comfortable room.

Just the instructions for check in after hours was not very clear. No way to open to main entrance and garage. Called the number but no one answered. (it was also raining at the time) Thank goodness some guest let me into the lobby then I was able to get the keys for entrance and parking garage. Also, our next dooe neighbor walked like an elephant! At the middle of the night, walked up and down the stairs three times! three times! and sounded like he/she was jumping! It woke everyone up 😡 Nothing to do with the property, just needed to get it out

Modern, stylish and very clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a heavenly shower. The place is conveniently located from plenty of restaurants, a supermarket next door and just a short walk from major sights.

The location was great, very close to the river and minutes walk to the center of the city. The suite was big with all the facilities that we needed for a short stay. Plenty of big windows allowed light in the room. Lots of restaurants around the hotel

Nothing I could find. I wish we could stay longer!

Excellent location, only a short walk away from stations, right at the edge of Portugiesenviertel with all the cafes, restaurants, a shop, and a park nearby. The apartment is very well equipped, fittings are of high quality, the entire unit is quite pleasant with modern décor throughout. Air conditioning is effective, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. Staff were professional, and very helpful. An excellent experience overall.

Lack of reception staff made checking in a group booking of 5 people extremely difficult…self check in system doesn’t allow checkin of all the rooms in one transaction. Great amenities…an iron and ironing board in each room would make the rooms 10/10 perfect.
