During breakfast, the milk in the coffee machine had a very bad smell. The beds are too soft. The location is not the best because there is nothing else in the area. Room service knocked on our door at 10 am on the day of departure. The staff shouted loudly to each other in the morning during breakfast. The water was not good for drinking, but the hotel did not offer water for free. We went to the supermarket to buy water because it was way cheaper there.

We chose the hotel for one night because it was halfway to the destination. Check in was very easy with the previous self check in online. The premises are clean and tidy. Parking was available for guests at a surcharge, although it was also possible to park for free in the public area right next to the hotel. The hotel was ready to receive the package in my name. While other hotels had problems with issuing invoices, here we received the invoice without any problems.

Check in takes quite some time, could be faster… all the rest is more than ok.

Very nice room, with airco. Secured bicycle room is top, new and good infrastructure. Very good breakfast and reasonable price.

24/7 check in. We were traveling from The Netherlands to Italy and decided to stop for the night. We arrived at around midnight and the manager on duty Mrs. Marija was really friendly and helpful. She made the check in go smoothly with a tired kid waiting to get to bed. The room was clean not really big but it was only for one night so it was perfectly fine. For breakfast there was a variety of things to choose from and there was even a pancake machine to the delight of the kid. Again the staff was really helpful and product for people with a lactose intolerance available.

Smokers are allocated a section right outside the entrance, which means you have to walk through cigarette smoke to get in to the hotel.

Very well located within a 25 minute walk to the lake, or a short bus trip. Breakfast was very good

Bar hours don't start till 6:00PM. Bar discontinued serving Lowenbrau beer and replaced it with another lesser brand- disappointing. Breakfast room can be crowded and noisy.

Nice reliable hotel for the Friedrichshaven area. Great parking. Helpful staff. Great location to stay if you want to be near the Dornier Museum.

Bathroom was a bit small and the washbasin placed very high, so not practical for a 5 year old child.

Good breakfast. Room was clean. As the hotel is on the outskirts of the town and quite new it had adequate parking at no extra cost which is always great.

It took forever to accommodate but the real deal breaker was the breakfast. I mean, for the hotel of this size you would expect some variety but no. And what kind of hotel does not offer neither scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages? Nothing. Also at 9AM they ran out of croissants and similar and after half hour of hoping to be replenished, we just left. Machine juice which tastes like water was just cherry on the top. Ah, and better come early, because if the hotel is full, you’ll find a bit difficult to find parking spot.

The hotel is new, so all looks good and clean. The price is also very reasonable for the region.
