The rooms were clean, spacious, and featured a balcony with a stunning view of the river, making the stay an unforgettable experience. The pleasant surprises continued with a quick and personalized response to my need to change my stay dates due to a strike at the airport, showcasing a rare level of flexibility and care. This hotel is so cute and located perfectly for exploring the old town area of Heidelberg. We visited during the holidays and it was nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and the views were magnificent. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay again when in Heidelberg.

Not close to the Main Station

This hotel is in a wonderful location close to almost everything. It is opposite the old bridge and the river. We had spectacular views from the rooms we stayed in. It is a very cute little hotel and was very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's very close to the old town and as we were visiting the Christmas Markets this was very handy. The shopping mall is also close by. Rooms were bigger than we were expecting so this was appreciated.

We’ve stayed before we love the location and the antiquity of the building. We had a beautiful room at the top with a great view. I like the espresso machine downstairs it made getting a cup of coffee always easy would like to see a note that the machine does not make change however lol the manager was even kind enough to initiate an ice program for us where we could freeze water overnight!

We loved our rooms! The breakfast was so good. I also appreciate how the hotel accommodated us to stay an extra day with river views! Excellent. However, my children swear they did not eat the candy bar that was charged to our room, although we paid it. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you!
