Central location was nice. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Altstadt a short drive away. We also enjoyed the lovely old building and the period furniture.

There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The mattress was very hard and the pillows had feathers in them.

Location was good as it was 10-15 minutes to the town centre and restaurants were nearby. The hotel has free parking which is a big bonus over many hotels in Lubeck. Staff were helpful.

The hotel rooms (not the general facilities) are somewhat outdated. There are too few power outlets and the bathroom lacks modernity. I also found the chairs in the room uncomfortable for sitting longer than 10 minutes. Guests are also not greeted with a free bottle of water.

The location is excellent. Easy to be reached and quick start into the city.

One of our rooms smelled very stuffy upon arrival and the other room had a trash that hadn’t been emptied out.

Staff was the reason our stay was good. Especially the restaurant manager lady that was attentive and communicative, service minded and kind.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff found oat milk & free from bread for my wife. The staff were very helpful The location, though several km from Lubeck old town was ok We were advised of an excellent fish restaurant, only 400 m away

Private parking was a bit of a problem, not for us to be honest, we where on motorbikes, and with some help of the hotelmanager we could park our bikes outside. But for cars you need to be early.

The hospitality was really amazing, I was with 2 of my bikers friends, normally bikers would rise some eybraws but not here at Kaiserhof. Breakfast was excelent.

The parking is limited and was full the whole day we were there. We were able to park on the street, but that is time limited since it's in the bus lane.

The location is great and the facilities are clean and nice. It's a short walk to the downtown, which makes getting to the hotel easy. The staff was wonderful and gave us good directions and dining options. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

It's possible to get a pot of coffee but the first morning we stayed the person in charge was not very organized and we had to wait quite a while for our coffee and ended up opting for the coffee machine where there was a waiting line all morning.

Nice room with plenty of space and the double bed was big and very comfortable. Very close to Lübeck old town and walking to everything was easy. Despite being in a room facing the road there was hardly any noice from traffic and we heard nothing from adjoining rooms - very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Recommended - would book again if price is right next time we go to Lübeck.
