To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomStaff were quite sharp and slow at check-in but seemed quite stressed as they had started using a new computer system. This hotel is 4 star but I think it is really more 3. Saying that I would stay here again as it was a good price and the positives outweigh the negatives.

ThailandA bit small room and lavatory. No view due to the location in the downtown area. The new staff handle for check-out took quite some time to complete. Some noisy ambient if stay on the lower floor. May not be suitable for vacation or relaxing purposes.
The room is nice and cozy. Clean and convenient. Located in the center of the downtown near a shopping area and lots of restaurants. The breakfast quality is great with various choices. Value for money compared to the quality and location.

DenmarkPillows could have been more comfortable, and there wasn't much in terms of a lobby. No hotel bar and the breakfast was overpriced. Went to a nearby cafe for less money than the breakfast would have cost.
Room was large for a European city hotel and had a convenient mini fridge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. 12.00 checkout time is also a plus. Overall a good stay and a great location since the Hbf connects to every S/U-bahn line.

BrazilMy room could be slightly bigger, I had a minor issue with my reservation before arriving at the hotel that I think could be solved beforehand and I wish the hotel had a gym.
Really close to the central station, good value for money, friendly staff, renovated installations and delicious breakfast. Also, it was the first time I saw things like a bonus in euros in case you don't need room cleaning during your stay (I never want, but it was the first time I received money for it).

Not able make tea/coffee in the room - had an upset stomach and tea could have calmed. Receptionist advised on checkout-that out could order a kettle to make tea - did not say if tea/coffee would be provided. Explained the hotel does not provide a kettle in the room because of difficulties to keep clean. 2 thin single duvets were provided - rather than 1 thick/warm double duvet. At 186€ per night this is not good value for money.
