The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of town, so you will need to drive for instance, to the nearest restaurant. The area the hotel is located in feels safe and there is ample car parking right behind the building. Check in was swift and friendly. This is a budget hotel and the rooms are fairly basic. However the room was very clean and the bed linen of a high quality. The bathroom was generous in size, but the towels were thin. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items. A nice touch is that tea, coffee and fruit juices are available complimentary all day. If you wish to eat in the evening, there are a selection of menus of local restaurants who will deliver to the hotel. Driving from the UK to Italy, my preferred route is via Germany and Austria. Ulm is a great place to stay overnight to break the journey.

The heating takes long time to warm up the room. would be better to turn it on earlier.

Position close to the highway and a few restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff.

Too far from city center. Without car could be more complex to reach.

It was really close to the University and had enough free park places.

Sadly, the only drawback was that the Internet did not work on the first floor. The hotel staff were aware but could not do anything.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. What I liked was the amenities offered, for example, fruit juice, tea, coffee, and drinking chocolate and fruit. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Good breakfast with a good choice. Ample parking spaces are available.

The room was somewhat cold but it was exactly this time after summer and before the cold weeks of autumn, where the heating is still off The facilities were basic which was totally OK but the room fehlt overpriced compared to what it offers.

Very nice small place. Good for layover during your trip. Tasty breakfast and fresh food. Very nice and polite staff. Especially young lady at the reception desk who speak very good English tried help me with the plug adapter. Big thank you. I will call in again if in the area.

Clean. Fresh. Friendly staff. In the lobby a possibility to make a cup of tea/coffee or take a fresh fruit by late arrival. Good breakfast. Possibility to store the bikes indoors ( into the cellar room). Parking next to the hotel ( no extra charges) A perfect place to spend a night.

Maybe an extra towel would be nice. Not much around it (it seems to be in a tech business park), but one can get to the University with a short walk.

Everything we found to be clean and comfortable. Grateful that our Dog could stay there. Used the exterior seating area which was helpful. Breakfast was good. Friendly male Receptionist greeted us, as we arrived later than had hoped due to traffic accident.
