We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandThat the staff did the charge us for 2 pets on arrival and then they kept calling me to go to reception asap. Told them that my husband will get there as soon as he gets back from the parking but after 2 minutes they kept calling asking me again insistently WHEN. U have every information on booking so it is your responsibility to check all information and charge us on arrival or departure without this rude behavior. We were tired from the road and don’t want to go back and forward to reception because someone wants us to. This happened twice so far. So next time please just do your job properly because it’s unprofessional.

3 stops from Karlsruhe Central station and just a short walk across from the Kongresszentrum station, which had lifts so luggage wasn’t a problem. Also a short walk (or train ride) away to the centre of town (where the Christmas markets were located). Clean and attentive and friendly staff.

NetherlandsThe pillows are the only thing I'd mention here, it was too soft and not offering any neck/head support unfortunately.
Obviously renovated, the hotel looked brand new, not only the common areas but the room too. The bathroom is really nice, comfy chair in the good-size room next to the bed and comfy bed as well. Parking available. Very good breakfast options and bar just next to the reception area. The room was SPOTLESS clean and the staff at the check in very easy going and friendly. Less than 10min walking from the city's main station, easy to walk if you do not carry large luggage.

IndiaPayment procedure has some glitch, one of our colleague had problems as his money was blocked in excess by hotel but not detucted during arrival. During check out money was demanded by hotel again to clear 13 days bill saying that money blocked is released in your VISA card account. As money was neither with hotel nor with card holder it took two hours to arrange the money ,one train to Frankfurt was missed by our team. Once paid it's hotel responsibility to ensure that amount is not released back to payee. Thx

NetherlandsThe room is supposed to have two chairs, but we only had one (room 130). It’s primarily a business hotel, bit cold atmosphere in hallways and restaurant. Hotel can use some colors and plants. My bed was too hard, with a soft pillow and no other pillows to use. Haven’t slept well (but for one night ok).
Location 700m walking distance from city center, parking garage (€20,- per day), modern rooms, nice bathroom with Rituals products, very extensive good breakfast (except for poor tasting coffee), good free wifi, friendly staff.

LuxembourgIf at all I would have something negative to say it would be about the restaurant, which in my opinion was behind Novotel standards I experienced in other hotels, including service. But this is complaining at high level, do not understand that the restaurant was bad or even "only" not good, just not as good as I am used in this hotel chain.
For city travel I often book Novotel as I have never been disappointed in the last 20+ years. The same here. Hotel room newly renovated and very nicely done. Breakfast very good standard for Novotel chain, while I have seen better as well. Employees very friendly and attentive, also standard for Novotel. In summary I can highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very close to a metro station (estimate 100m from Hotel entrance) with only 2 stops to city center. So that access to the city center or any other part is really easy from here.
