Hotel in perfect location for overnight stop. Hotel really comfortable, lovely family who owned it and the restaurant was very good and all at sensible prices. Owner Marc could not be more accommodating and helpful.

The room had no air conditioning and during the night, the room became really hot. We were not able to open the windows only the balcony door, which wasn't ideal for us.

The hotel is in a really nice, quiet place close to the highway. (Ideal resting spot if you travel from northern Germany/Netherlands to Italy). The breakfast had a lot of variety and was super delicious. The staff was helpful and overall the place was good.

The bed, although for a single big enough, could be wider, as it is placed to the wall with one side. My elbow hit the wall three times at night when I turned around in bed.

I liked, how I would call it, the "retro" stile of the Hotel. My single room was bigger than expected with very nice furniture, a sofa and even a balcony, that's great for a single room. The bathroom was in good size and modern. Breakfast was plenty and with a good variety in a nice big room. Only the service could be a bit faster. My second coffee had a long way to travel to me...

I had a nice dinner in the restaurant but I had problems to understand the menu in German only. I had a menu for a good 20 minutes trying to translate in English. Maybe a double language version of the menu would help with the choice of the meals. But the main course I have chosen was tasty and well cooked.

Staff was always kind and ready to help. I felt valued as a customer.Breakfast was various and well assorted. Good quality and fresh products. I particularly enjoyed the jams and the bread. The room was clean and spacious. There is the bonus of using the swimming pool which definitely helped in that particular day I was there because it was very hot. Also, a quite area.

Comfortable place for a base camp or passing through. My room had a balcony. Nice breakfast. Visited the Therme which was very nice.

Staff was wonderfully friendly, food was very good. Breakfast was good. Location is nice and quiet, close to the Switzerland border. Highly recommended for a stay when travelling from south to north Europe. I will return here!

The wine choices was very poor.

Breakfast was great lot of choices, we had 2 good dinner at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean.very close to Thermal bad. The director was very friendly and gave lot of attention to the guest.

The booking indicated a large double bed and bathtub, however, we got singles and a shower.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Everything is very clean. The pillows and blankets are amazing!

typical excellent German quality and cleanliness -- everything works, nothing missing or broken or worn out. Comfortable, clean, and light rooms, clean and roomy bathroom, excellent mattresses. Majority of staff is helpful and friendly.
