Parking on Friday and Saturday is too crowded, but we still succeed so find a place for the car.

We were attending a concert at Lanxess Arena and it was close to the hotel. City transport is available nearby and if you want to walk, it takes around 1 hour to the center.

I thought the Breakfast was included in the price but had to pay extra for them at checkout. Surprised! MOST ANNOYING: I couldn't stand the sight of the Bathroom FLOOR Never ever CLEANED enough to remove long HAIRS transferred or transported from other ROOMS by Cleaning equipment! And for the price, I expected basics like WASHCLOTH and LOTION! Also, there was language barrier trying to communicate with the Housekeeping Crew!

Breakfast variety and availability was GOOD and location was Very Convenient for the purpose of my TRIP. The mini GYM facility was CLEAN and furnished with basic NECESSITIES - Water, Towels Sanitizer etc.! The Main Lobby AMBIANCE was very GOOD with variety of SNACKS, including Fresh POPCORN always available.

Great service, a good location for participating at a fair at Messe Köln (public transport 5 min walk away), the SPA is a bit dated, but a great relief after a long work day. Can totally recommend the venue.

The coffee could be better, almost undrinkable. The staff each have their taxi company that they call, and the difference in price can be almost double, very strange...

Nice, typical business hotel. My room was on the 6th floor so I had a nice view. The staff was nice, the breakfast good. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious enough.

The hotel restaurant was closed for private functions for the whole of our stay, some warning of this prior to our arrival would have been useful. Although there are a number of choices within walking distance.

Lots of parking to the rear of the hotel, secure with enough room for our Luton vans. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, hot and a wide selection of choices. Staff were friendly at checkin/ departure and prepared our bill ready for an early checkout.

Signs in the hotel should be in different languages if possible.

Luca was very helpful. Not just once but at each occasion he gave guidance and recommended places that we enjoyed. Train details, including buying group tickets which we not aware of.

The pillows weren’t comfortable at all.

The room was clean a bit outdated: they nedd to change the pillows . Impossible to sleep on it. Good parking not too expensive 13eur/day.

The swimming pool water was cold and there was no towel. In the breakfast there was not so much variety, for example I asked for boiled egg, it was not available. But the service good

It's an old-ish building with a lot of built-in equipment from '80s-'90s, e.g. elevator, window, A/C unit, heating lamp with a timer in the bathroom (sic!). Can't open the window wide (only tilt). Neighbourhood looks a bit dirty and a bit sketchy.

Kind, competent staff. Basic quality level upheld. Tea/coffee available in the room. Basic A/C.
