The rude member of staff (Croatian) who off hand when we had the cheek to request a drink from the bar, snarling that it is takeaway only tonight

Hotel is double charging the night first, takes the money day before arrival, then ask to pay again for the stay with card before returning the original. Days later I'm still waiting, charged for 2 nights, staying 1 night. Bathroom light not working.

We've got a room at the end of the hall. May be this is why we had a very very poor and slow internet connection (almost no internet, to be honest).

Good location, about 15-20 minutes walking from old town. Clean room, coffee machine in the room, coffee for free, cosy bed, quiet place, parking available in the hotel, also much cheaper public parking nearby. In principle, free parking place on the street close to the hotel. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast ( though a bit expensive).

The hotel is surrounded by abandoned lands with debri so the sight is not the best but it is safe to walk around.

Not too far from main city center area. We used just to sleep. Easy to find. Comfortable bed, pillows and linens. We had a triple room. Photos are true to the place but a bit worn-out. Would rebook.

The area looked a little run down but that is just the economics of the world.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were made to feel welcome and appreciated by the staff, The receptionists were always so helpful giving us guidance and answering any questions even helping us sort out the trains to the Conference centre. The rooms were large and comfortable, With spotless facilities, the restaurant was large and never crowded. Breakfast was absolutely spot on with a large variety of food both hot and cold. The location for exploring the city could not have been better for us. All in all one of the best Hotel experiances we have had well done to all the staff and see you next year.

Our stay was for over 5 days and we were given only one bottle of water for the entire stay for a triple room. We had to purchase drinking water for each day which was not a likable thing to do as we should be entitled for a bottle of water every day for the length of the stay.

The breakfast was good although it was the same iptions every day. Maybe some additions could be made.

The Hotel is close to the city centre, but there are some derelict and old buildings around. The area around the hotel looks run down and it is not safe to walk around late at night.

The location on the map is great, but the neighbourhood is not. As a young woman, I was not comfortable to walk there alone at night.

The room was well-priced and quite spacious. Though the room is a little dated, everything works great (shower, lights etc). Also, the hotel is 5 minutes away from Plärrer (U bahn) so you can be in the city center within 10 mins!

It was my second stay so I knew what to expect. The immediate area isn’t attractive, think wasteland and car parks but I never felt unsafe even at night.

Single room on the 05th floor was comfortable, I liked it. Breakfast buffet is good, cold & hot options and decent coffee. The location is very handy for Plärrer U-Bahn. The old town and central station are a comfortable walk away.

The size of the room is not too small; however, in the twin room, there is only one small shelf, one lamp and one socket next to the bed. For two people, it is not enough.

The hotel is located almost in the centre but in a very quiet place. We had wonderful sleep during all 3 nights of our stay. The underground is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel and the station is the junction of all 3 lines which is very convenient. Most of the sights are in the vicinity. Breakfast was also excellent, everything was enough, tasty and fresh.

Paid parking 15 euros (across the road -3 euros) We asked for a large bed and were given two separate beds next to each other, it was uncomfortable to sleep, the bathroom had a stale smell.

I would have liked to have a socket and lamp on both sides of the bed like other rooms have. The surroundings of the hotel are deplorable with a lot of filth and spaces left in disrepair, full of rubbish

Very friendly staff, clean room, decent hotel, good access to old town. Private parking for 15 euro if it's available. If not, there's a parking place nearby for 6 euro per day. Be sure you put the ticket on the dashboard.
