One single hook to hang clothes would be a 100% escalation of comfort. A television able to start, mounted so the electric plug can fit at all in the first place would be even better. Less mould in the ceiling in the bathroom would be appreciated as well as isolated electric wiring in a wet area. Parking was mentioned at site. In reality they refer to a parking house around the corner that costed more than the room.

You get what you pay for. Very good location close to Haubtbahnhof Hamburg. Clean bed.

Everything that's written is true, although it's not that bad. I mean, it's quite dirty, but you can live there. I've seen worse. It is quite expensive, but at the same time, cheapest in the area.

Room was very narrow. Curtain was dirty, so was the common toilet. It was not clear during booking that the room wouldn’t have an individual toilet. So I was disappointed when I came to the room. And the common toilet was very dirty. When I entered the room, the window was open. However it must have been for a super long time that the room was freezing cold and it took hours for it to warm up. And obviously it was not fun trying to sleep in such weather conditions.

The staff was nice. The place is very central.

Mice, cockroaches, dirty walls, dirty floors, panels held together with repair tape, used cigarette butts outside my window.

There is little love from the owners of this hotel, the walls in the rooms really need to be painted or at least washed they are white and there are marks everywhere. The arrival is like walking into a storeroom of the supermarket with things standing around everywhere, the lift has been broken for a very long time as the signage on the lift doors on every floor is torn and old. You can see that some investment was made in the property - comfortable beds, clean linens but I was woken up by a mouse inside my suitcase and had to repackage everything in the middle of the night - granted I had a packet of nuts in my suitcase but was not expecting a mouse to wake me up. Many used cigarettes laying outside my window of room 12. Wi-fi works fine - staff do the job as expected but there is no real sense of hospitality. Honestly, for 70 Euro per night pay a bit more or walk a bit further this stay is super convenient for the location but the hotel does not resemble the name hotel.

Staff were not very welcoming and neither were the bed bugs. Floor was disgustingly dirty, there was a bottle of vodka and cigarette butts under our beds. I got bitten by bed bugs a week into our two week stay here, evidence of them from the blood stained sheets and black dots.

Location is central. That’s about it for what we liked about our stay here.

Place is just dirty. Walls, carpet and curtain. Handle hanging off wadrobe. Shower head attachment broke. Sink cracked. The smell of garlic everywhere or could be cabbage! Wish I had looked at other comments about this place first as would not have stayed here. Recption is not 24 hours. And the lift is no longer being maintained and working.

The room was teribble. No carpet. The floor not clean. The lift not working. The shower room has no shower curtain. The room isn't fit to be call hotel instead may be an " Inn. Booking.Com shouldnt put this hotel in their Web site 8

The shower was in the room, with no curtain or divider, in very close proximity to the bed. How on earth anyone could ever use it without getting water on the bed I have no idea. Also the wardrobe had a handle missing and inside were some prior guest's empty bottles. In general I did not get the impression that cleaning staff were very invested in doing a good job and the whole time felt like I basically didn't want to touch anything.

hotel is completely run down requires pending works to be completed, wash basins leak, rooms not cleaned and dirty, linen dusty, showers without shower heads. The Eleveator does not work at all. Water leaks on first floor. No cupboards or clothes hangars, not even hooks to hang clothes on, bathroom mirrors missing. Electrical connections and wiring not safely secured.

4th floor with two heavy suitcases and no functioning lift. Although we mentioned our late arrival it was difficult to get someone to check us in, we had to call twice before someone attended us (they clearly had staff issues as I am sure the person attending us had probably just rolled out of bed as it wasn't her shift). They have a check in screen available outside but it wouldn't work for us either. All in all I did not feel happy leaving my in-laws there.

Someone else said it before if you stay for one night it is convenient as it is close to the main station and that is it's one redeeming factor and the fact that considering the good location the price is reasonable.

Old hotel, smells like cigaret smoke. Bad soundprofing.

Read the reviews but it was allright. Stayed in the top floor so there were only three rooms. Room was big and simple. Bed was pretty comfortable. Location is right next to central station. Staff was friendly.
