Whilst the hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminals in daylight and when it is dry, I would suggest a shuttle bus. I had an early flight and ended up in a taxi to the airport. The restaurant prices were a little high for the area (I had stayed in a local hotel a few weeks earlier which had a much better pricing for a meal).

Convenient location for Dusseldorf Airport. Room was comfortable and relatively good size.. Price was extremely fair. Staff offered me a coffee in the morning whilst I was waiting for a taxi.

The only thing I didn't like about my stay, was that the shower soap ran out mid-shower, meaning it wasn't re-filled in quite a while.

Perfect for a one night stay when traveling alone to Düsseldorf airport. Great Location, Extremely nice and helpful staff, and the room I was in was comfortable, clean and overall worth it for the price.

I had a very early flight, and the front desk was not staffed when I had to leave (although I had been told someone would be there). Luckily I had a Taxi app and could speak German.

Convenience to Dusseldorf Airport was great. So was the availability of parking. Elevator was helpful, too. My room was small but set up very nicely, and I was quite comfortable. Staff were helpful.

The restaurant was below par for a 4 star. And they know it. Staff hinted we should eat out. Due to not enough time we ate at the hotel. Food was average and we both found hairs in our food

The staff on arrival were superb, very welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent, much bigger than I was expecting, superbly furnished and spotlessly clean. We did use the bar where the staff were again very nice and helpful.

The reception services are very kind and nice and changed the king size bed for us(with kid), which is more suitable for us. The room is clean and big. The welcome lemon water and fruits are arranged kindly. Breakfast is tasty. The people are nice as well.

My room was directly opposite the elevator which produced some audible noise from talking guests getting on and off. A little stand for the suitcase (as available in many hotel rooms on this world) would be a great addition, and prevent the guest from having to retrieve things at floor level.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room is very functional and has everything a traveller might need for a stay close to the airport. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Walking to the airport takes about 20 minutes, but this might be a little tedious, even with just hand luggage. A taxi takes about a third of the time (lots of traffic lights) and costs 10 to 15 Euro. There are some reasonable restaurants around the hotel, although the list handed out by the front desk proved outdated (with 2 out of 6 recommendations no longer in business).

The biggest issue was getting to the hotel. The distance from the airport is not great but the roundabout way you need to go to get to the hotel ends up being rather expensive by cab and a long walk if you decide to walk there.

The staff was exceptional. Checked in quickly and put me in a great room. When I had a problem with the door lock, they covered my drink while I waited to get into the room and then upgraded me!

A drunk man broke into my room in the midnight. The room has no working lock and he managed to open the door easily. I lost the security feeling, they changed the room but I couldn’t sleep again
