Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Restaurant closes too early, and no room service after midnight. Which can be a problem when you land late at the airport.
Clean and big rooms. Quiet even if you are next to the airport. It's less than a 2 minute walk to get into the main terminal of Dusseldorf Airport.

They didn't accept to store my luggage after I spent two days at their hotel and the reason was that I was attending a convention at the SAME hotel and they didn't have space. I could have told them I was going downtown before coming back to catch my flight and they would have taken my luggage. Very disappointing.

I didn’t like the shower in the bath and also there is very little given in the bathroom . I had to ask for a shower cap at reception

As i am staying in the Maritim hotel for almost every travel, I am not happy to pay this increase of the room rate so because of a exhibition in Düsseldorf

No coffee in the room, but that is a very small complaint, wouldnt keep me away next time, but just a thought
Went for a convention in the hotel, was perfect, food court, great restaurants, airport even closer than i expected so no need for shuttle bus etc and the options at the breakfast were outside, if you book without breakfast you are missing out, it was fab!!! Oh and love the elevator, thought it was a window on the first morning lol. And you would barely realise it was so close to the airport as it was SO QUIET.

Bed was quite hard.
Amazing location, steps from the airport with a parking garage beneath. Beautiful room with great amenities. Staff was superb.

Great location at airport right next to Terminal (c end). Very clean. Good selection of bars/restaurants. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Pool was a nice bonus. Staff helpful and friendly.

All was really good.
Very convenient location, walking distance from the airport arrival location. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variaty. Room had a lot of space and clean. Many options for restaurants with good food.

A perfect hotel inside the airport, walking distance from the terminal and the car rental parking lot. Big rooms great bed. The hotel has several restaurants and a spa with a pool. If you are looking for a hotel at the airport this is the most recommended!!

I stayed in this hotel because I had to take an early morning flight. I had to put my car in the garage for 3 days after checking out. I was expecting some discount for such parking but there was no such thing. The parking fee was the same as a non-hotel guest. It was quite expensive.

Ideally suited for overnight stay of flight travellers with direct access to airport Terminal C. Also good connectivity by car to highways. Public transport (both regional train and suburban metroline) to the inner city with main railway station.
Large room with king-size double bed; windows can be openend (airport flight traffic stops at about 22 hours), also air conditioning available. Minibar empty with reference to vending machine. Spaceous bathroom with good shower in bath tub. Large number of elevators, very efficient reception. Pretty glass roof between building wings, creating a plaza atmosphere with "outdoor" restaurant tables, choice between different bar & restaurant. Breakfast with large choice and live cooking.
