I was not offered a robe, slippers or additional toiletries; There was a draft on the floor in the bathroom.

Hotel was seems a bit old . Pool area was too cold and no one was attending.

Small detail but we only received one instant coffee in each of our two rooms. We parents need caffeine! Fitness center was only available for use for a fee. I never looked into it since our stay was short (I ran outside instead) but I feel like that should be a standard feature for guests.

Location is great - very close to UBahn and tram lines, which makes it easy to get around the city, as well as Skyline Plaza (lots of shops and food court).

Bathroom fixtures and fittings need replacing... damaged taps, aged toilet, etc. After checkout, staff were unable to store my suitcase while I went into the Messe (next door) for 2 hours. Was told to use Messe's storage, but couldn't as it was cash-only, so was stuck with a suitcase...

Good location for the Messe, a decent, comfortable experience. Will probably use again.

The shower controls are a bit unusual and took a bit of time to get used to. Also, the breakfast seemed overpriced, so we did not try it (but there are many reasonable alternative options in the neighborhood for breakfast).

Room is nice and comfortable with modern furnishings and enough space to work / relax. Location is very good, accessible by public transport, also walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof, but already in a very nice area, so can be recommended for a central location while avoiding the issues in the immediate surroundings of Hauptbahnhof. I probably stayed in the off-season (also weekend), so it was very good value for money.

Pool was closed we booked here for that reason and once after we did book they sent a message it was closed my three children were sad

Restroom light did not work but front desk allow us to attend breakfast for one bathroom not being able for usage in our connecting family room. That was nice of them

there was nothing that bothered me, Of course, the price is a little more expensive than other hotels, but it's a matter of preference.

Reception staff friendly and helpful The open buffet breakfast was great, the employees are always friendly and help with anything requested as soon as possible. Incredibly close to the fair, after 15 steps you are at the entrance gate of the fair.

Old fashioned rooms, for €500 a night I would expect a shower that works and a mini bar stocked ! The place needs an overhaul and quickly ! 1 staff member at check in which took 30 mins, far too long ! Breakfast at €26 was poor !

As above, the pillows were terrible etc

Breakfast was excellent, all staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful. I stayed in 3 different rooms, (long story!) the last one only had soap/shampoo etc over the bath and it had nearly run out. The others were all OK.
