Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe only negative is the guy next to me who arrived late at 22:30 (so we were full house in a 6-bed room on Monday, 15th April) and was snoring, I woke up at 3AM and couldn't really sleep back, even with custom-made expensive silicone ear plugs. (Without them I'd wake up even on the noise of a mosquito.) I remember checking my watch at 3:30, 4, 5, 6, then had to go. I always woke him up too and asked him politely not to snore. I was quite sleepy and couldn't concentrate properly on the assessment next day but luckily passed it in spite of my tiredness. There were no other disturbing noises like shouting or door slamming during the night. Someone opened the windows in the middle of the night which let some traffic noise come in but I woke up to close it and then it was good (noise insulation of the windows is good).
Check-in was easy, cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff. I just stayed for 1 night. Comfortable bed, clean bed linen. Clean and decent size toilet and shower room (separate from toilet). They didn't charge extra for the towel, although I brought my own (remembered incorrectly that I need to take one) and used that one.

DenmarkThere is a lot of wooden beam blocks sticking out from the beds (due to the design), where we regular stubbed our toes. The walls was a bit thin, we could hear the loud music from next door (they partied hard in the early morning hours, but after we went down to reception to complain, they sorted it out for us, but we did miss out on some sleep). The fridge was too small to accommodate all the people that stayed. The kitchen did not really had enough space to accommodate more than 1 big group cooking and cleaning.
Room worked well for a family of 6. Toilet and shower separate which was a bonus. Lots of storage. Lift. Communal kitchen with fridge. Clean, beds comfy enough. Great location as there was a huge grocery shop closeby as well as a big station. Staff was friendly and helpful.

ItalyNo option to hang your clothes in the 6-bed dorm, only small lockable compartments. Very open floor plan. This means little privacy, and also that your will annoy your dorm mates if you turn on the light next to your bed at night.
Friendly staff, lobby is comfortable and also suitable for working. Single bed in a dorm is very inexpensive. Great location, close to Altona station, makes it easy to reach the downtown area. Bed was very comfy!

Thailandone make staff that do check-in for me don't tell me any information about facilities and time of door operation (I am back to stay in next week and other staff is very friendly and tell me lots of information. There is only one light switch that are the light in the middle of the room and in front of bath room. it will be better if there is another switch for the light in front of bathroom
You can choose your own bed if it's free. The staff will give you a card that show your stay date and when you get into the room, you can choose the free bed that available and put the card to your bed. Almost of staff is very nice except the one guy that do check-in for me. The staffs are very friendly and give information about facility.
