Rooms are not very big :)

Room was very clean and cleaning was everyday. Very friendly stuff. Mr. Pae was very helpful in advises about public transport, way to the closest grocery, etc. Location is also a huge benefit of the hotel - tram and bus stops are very close, so you can reach Expo or airport in 20-25 minutes. Nevertheless it is very quit here and be sure - you'll rest well.

Lack of the kettle in the room. Im used to drink hot tea and the weather was raining all the time. In such situation it's a smal minus.

Location is fine. Small and clean rooms as well as cleaning service every day. Owner was very kind and polite.

I've visited in winter, and it was pretty chill in the room. Heaters didn't help much. But the host gave an extra blanket, so the night was good. The room style is pretty minimalistic, with no water kettle in the room - you can, however, go to the breakfast area, and the host will brew tea/coffee for you. These are no real "dislikes" just something useful to know in advance.

Hosts are probably the friendliest in the city. The location is great, and breakfast is cute. Parking included is a gem for such a central location. Calm inner yard, you can have a good rest and recover from the long day.

Excellent for the price point Rooms were good but the exceptional service is what made this hotel hands down the best we stayed at in Germany. From the owner running out to greet us and help us park on arrival, to spending time chatting with us and recommending areas to visit (which unfortunately wasn't very common in other establishments), to the unbelievable cleanliness we became accustomed to returning to on our stay there. Going the extra mile wherever they could with the little details like folding up the end of the toilet roll in little triangles and sorting out the messy situation in the bathroom we left behind did not go unnoticed. Being understanding about us being late for breakfast and seeing us off at the end of our stay. Surpassed our expectations and we thank you for the hospitality Your friends in Australia

It was a really nice hotel. Reason of the saying very good instead of perfect is that price level is higher than normal due to a trade fair . It is very clean hotel and close to public tranportation points. Mr Pae is great personality and makes you feeling at home. and also thanks for the breakfest service which is not included normally.

Moon is family owned and the owners are the sweetest people! immediately after they confirmed our reservation, whic was last moment by the way, they checked with us when we would arrive. Upon arrival everything was amazing. They were friendly warm and very helpful. They offer breakfast as well, but we did not have time to enjoy it. They offered usa good cup of coffe and some complimentary fruits. We stayed for one night oly but if we ever return i am sure we will choose to stay with them again.

I stayed at the hotel while visiting the Interpack exhibition in May.. Very convenient location, close to metro and railway. station. (there is a direct train to Dusseldorf airport and Cologne / Bonn airport) There are enough good restaurants around and a large shopping center. The owners of the hotel are hospitable attentive people ready to help. The room is small but clean and has everything you need for a short business trip. WiFi at no extra charge, fast enough for work. Breakfast is modest, but allows you to feel more confident at the beginning of the day. Recommend for business trips.

The rooms (& bathroom) were extremely clean, the staff very helpful, kind and caring. The breakfast was really tasty and the rich amount of food beautifully prepared, plus they will satisfy any special request. We had a lovely stay and would go back any time! Highly recommend this hotel, especially for single travellers and couples.
