Lovely accomodation, clean, easy to get to old town and the staff were friendly and helpful

The location a a bit far for places to eat or look around as mainly it was residential and not much in terms of getting stuff

We really like the place but the only issue was getting to the City Cetner (Which we were booked at as our original location but was moved due to renovation). We like the kitchen area where we cooked out own food but the one thing was lack of resturant or stores to walk around to as it was mainly apartment houses. Either way - it was an enjoyable stay.

Before arriving, I was sending messages to see if we could drop off luggage early, but they didn’t respond. So we had to drag luggage around with us for the day.

It didn't had any lock in the 12 bedroom. Definately needed. Also the kitchen was very small for such a big hostel.

It was really nice. Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Even though it was 12 bed room, it was seperated by a door (6-6 beds) therefore made the space quite private and spacious.

Elevator was not working and I had to carry my 23Kg luggage for 5 floors. There was not enough electrical connection. Only 1 available for 6 guests.

ELEVATOR they should fix it, you have to get to first floor then walk to the otherside of the building and get a working elevator. no air conditioning and. when the windows are open all the voices from the street are in your room. Shower cold and hot water are not stable I almost burned my self. Coridor creepy. Bed was not confortable.

location is good near metro and tram stops, also near central station like 15min walk, staff friendly. Room size is good it has sofa and good space.

In the dorm I was in, out of 6 beds only 3 had electric outlets. Bit disappointing and a hassle to charge devices for the next day. No food served apart from breakfast, nothing much around to grab something to eat, so be aware of that.

10min walk from main train station, convenient S-Bahn (metro like) even closer and a tram stop 1min away. Quiet at night and respectful fellow travellers/dorm sharers. Very nice personnel

Carpet ripped and patched. Carpet in halls was filthy and needed vacuumed. Our families room for second bed wasn’t made up and they had to change rooms after being already unpacked and at 11pm with their young daughter.

It was all great, we had a very late check in and the staff quickly accomodated us and the room was comfy, spacious, clean, and comfortable

Very small lift - so it only takes 2 people with luggage. But it still takes you up 6 floors.

The accommodation is a short walk from a local train station, and a bit of a longer walk to the main station. The tram runs on the street out the front of the property. Across the road is a lovely beer hall (pub) with great meals at reasonable prices. A family of 5 with teenagers we stayed twice at the accommodation in a family room. Both rooms were different. We preferred the two room with connecting doors. The beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet - this may because it was winter and a bit quiet. Bring ear plugs if you are concerned with noise.

For the towel you have to pay something in advance, then you take the wet towel back to the reception and you get your money back. This was a little bit ackward to me, but maybe it's a common practice around. The bathroom in the room it's very small, mainly the shower, with no ventilation, and it was not clean. The food for breakfast was ok and the waitress was also sweet. But everything was dirty and you could see things weren't cleaned for quite a bit of time. When I arrived 2 people were inside a room, behind the reception, and I was standing there, waiting for somebody. At that moment I didn't feel like a guest

The location is ok. It's not really downtown, but it's possible to walk.

Two nights that we stayed were very noisy. We heard guests made argument on the first night, and all family members were up at the middle of the second night because of the very noisy guests next to our room. They spoke and laughed loudly for more than an hour.

The hotel is located near central station where we can travel into the city center or outskirt of Munich easily. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. A couple of them could even speak Thai!
