Hair dryer didn't work and even though towels were left to replace it was not managed on time. The room light was too weak so no good environment for work.

There was quite hot in the room with no air condition and there are trains running 24h just in front of the hotel, so sleeping with open window is a challenge - very noisy

Apartments are close to a busy train line, which is noisy when windows are open but good soundproofing when closed A fan for when weather is hot would be useful as windows need to be closed at night.

A bit more clarity about the check-in process would be good. They informed me that if I arrived after 5pm I can check-in at the terminal and pay by credit card. But not having a credit card I asked if I can still check-in at the terminal and pay the reception the following morning with debit card, and they responded "yes you can by cash/debit at the reception", which didn't really answer my question so I didn't know if coming after 5pm would allow me to check-in. So I had to rush and luckily arrived at 16:50 to check in at reception. Finally, not a biggy as I was out a lot but the TV wouldn't switch on.

Nice clean room. You need to close the windows at night because of the trains but I slept perfectly well. The kitchenette had all the utensils one would need. Bathroom was clean. No issues.

- My door key stopped functioning and I had to sit on the floor for about 1.5 hours waiting for service to come in & fix it. No sofa seating! No water/coffee during the wait! - Since the hotel is close to trains, you can hear them pass by if you keep the windows open.

- Cleaning staff was very co-operative. - Room was good size. - I could request early check-in. - Area is good location. - Paid breakfast option available. - Can book taxi. - Close to city centre and lake!

No stuff to help, no reception, machine instead of person to help closed cafeteria and fitness place. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work. It was quite loud outside because of the trains

1. the problem is that there are no washers or dryers in the building which is something the establishment can think about. One has to go somewhere to have clothes washed. 2. TV channels can be improved or have English translations for non German speakers. So for me only CNN and CGTN are in English all others in German. 3. the bathroom space is small, therefore anti slips mats would be good because of water splash, so would be good to give ample space for the showering area for bigger bodied persons. 4. for utensils-add a knife to the utensils provided.

There should be some locker for the guests that have late flights to leave the luggage and come back to pick it up. Currently there is no reception during the weekends and no lockers for someone to leave the luggage for a while before leaving the hotel.

My room had a bright street light right outside the window, which the curtain did nothing to cover in the slightest. Some new, much thicker curtains should be considered.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Everything is still exceptional: the rooms are fully furnished with everything from teapots to a stove, the staff was very helpful and free Wi-Fi was fast and stable.

The elevator was broken during my whole stay. They clean (partially) my room just 3 times in 10 days. Noises from the trains in front of the room, you can’t have the window open.

The location in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood (despite a railway being just next to the hotel). Very clean, with everything you need. 20 minutes walk from the center, same time to a beautiful park, where was the concert I came for in Bonn. Easy and clear self-checkin process.

We had to be waiting for hours. The property was not able to find our booking. They told us there was no booking once and again, then that it was there but they had no booking number. We had to call them three times until they figured it out. But it was still impossible to go into the room. In the end they did not even apologize and had a taxi come to the hotel to handle us the key to the room, because their system was not working. In the room there was only one pillow and one towel. We would like to have part of our money back.
