The cleaning staff just opened the door at 8 am, trying to clean the room while we were sleeping. Ridiculous!!

I stayed at this hotel as my child's exam was held at this hotel. Since the hotel name said "airport", I thought it would be closer to the airport, but I was a little disappointed as it wasn't. It was about 15 minutes walk from the nearest S-Bahn station, and it was a very cold day therefore it was difficult to walk. It was close to the nearest bus stop, but it took 30 minutes from the airport and there were only two buses per hour, which was very inconvenient. The free shuttle bus to the airport was also inadequate.

Hotel facilities were very good. The breakfast had a lot of variety and I was able to enjoy it.

The check-in was a bit slow since only one hotel employee was at the reception. I was planning to do some weight training in their fitness room. But the room with the weights has been closed without any notification on their website. No sauna towels were available at the pool/sauna area but had to be requested at the reception. The receptionist did not mention it. The airport shuttle only runs in the morning and evening (from the airport from 6:15 to 10:45 and 17:45 to 22:45). Since I arrived at 16:20 I had to wait more than an hour. Taxi would have been too expensive since the hotel is quite far away.

The room was good and quiet. The availability of a pool, sauna, and some fitness cardio machines. The availability of an airport shuttle.

More expensive than what it warranted and they didn’t publicize the fact their shuttle to the airport only runs at certai hours, which cost me quite a bit to take a cab back to the airport.

The ride from the airport was soso. The driver doesn’t help with the bags and dropped us off at the neighboring hotel. We had to walk through the train. Why couldn’t they drive us? There is not info another times the shuttles run. The hallways are in desperate need of a facial.

Old carpet in the floor in the room. It was very difficult to find a free parking space. We chose the hotel because we have a van and it is not easy to find a right parking slot.

Restaurant/Bar inside the hotel. 24/7 reception that helped us also at 4am with a problem at the parking gate

The airport shuttle drop off and pick up is at the hotel next door. They expected us to drag our luggage 100 feet through landscaping to get to the hotel entrance. There was no direct path, paved or otherwise. We have never seen something like this before. It took several trips to the front desk to get a working TV remote. They all had dead batteries.

Could not locate pool easily.

The help from the female staff was more of a gentle connection. The gentlemen performed well but were not as outreaching in a friendlier way. Jaqueline was marvelous and very professional but still was very welcoming, warm and kind.

Well, it’s nothing to strongly dislike. The hotel served it’s purpose within the budget. Job done!

The staff is nice& helpful, and there are many options for breakfast. Our dog was also allowed, that’s a plus.

We checked into a room after a long drive and decided to have a shower when we noticed that there is only one towel and one duvet. I went to a reception to ask if we could get one more towel and duvet and to my surprise, the receptionist looked at me as I if I dont know what I am talking about and asked me to prove that we booked room for two. After showing my booking I was told that is a mistake in the system and that we need to move to a different room. I said our room has a double bed, and we just need a towel and duvet. I got hard no, and was told again that we need to go to a different room on the different floor. We had to take all our bags and move to a room which looked the same as the previous room but had 2 towels. We did not really need all this room changing as we were already tired from the long drive. Anyway, no apology was given. It was our second time visiting the hotel and I think it's going to be the last one.

Awful room numbering system Difficult to find the gym. The signs lead all over the place. Never actually found it! Paying for parking??? Not good enough. I do not expect to pay for parking at an external car park outside the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms and corridors are with carpet because it concentrates bad smell. So, the hotel was smelling bad.

No problem. The hotel's parking lot was full, but I parked my car on large space in front of super market by help of staff.
