Matrass, they use plastic underneath which makes noise when you move in bed plus it does not ventilate. And if you have a double bed if 1 person moves/turns, the other one goes up and down as well. To me it's not understandable why the main product of a hotel - beds - can be so difficult for hotels to have up to standard. They should be ashamed.

Staff was really nice, so was breakfast, the hotel itself looks nice and clean and it's easy to reach from the highway.

No iron and ironing board in the rooms (not even on request). I have been told to use the ironing board in the fitness room, which is kinda weird. Ironing shirts while other people are working out and sweating next to you is not pleasant. A 4-Star Hotel like Mercure should do better. Pillows are too soft, feel almost empty. But we got extra pillows so it was OK.

Nice clean Hotel. The location may be not be central but it‘s possible to reach Nuremberg and Furth city centres very fast by car.

Rooms are less spacious with extra bed. But nothing to complain.

Connectivity: Easy connection from Nuremberg Airport (Bus 33). Well connected to nearby U-Bahn and overground train stations (15 min by Bus 33 or 179). Nearest bus stops are just in 2min away. Rooms: Clean and sufficient. Breakfast buffet available. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out.

The receptionist offered to call us a taxi for a destination approximately 35 minutes away. We accepted the offer and ended up with paying 60 euros for the ride. We think it would be best if the receptionist could have asked the driver prior to the ride of the total cost and let us know so that we could have made an educated choise and/or could have let us know of the available apps we could have used instead. For our return we used the Bolt app and we payed 16 euros. We tried to find the receptionist when we got back but we failed to located them. Side note, in most cases there wasn't someone at the reception and we had to wait a while before we could be served.

The room was on the ground floor which was not optimal, the window was looking directly to the parking garage which was somehow annoying and impacted the privacy.

Overall stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent, special thanks to Khaled, who was very friendly and kind. Every morning he was personally checking that we are enjoying and sometimes he gave the kids some paper and colors.

At breakfast was a bit crowdy and the access to the buffet is a bit unaccessable.

Rooms were ok, Parking space is very spacious and the access from highway is very good. Breakfast has enough options and everything was very fresh.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable. Breakfast is basic but reasonably good if you do not want to bother or have time to look for local places. Parking at premise but for an extra fee. Close to highway, good for overnight stay while traveling.

the hotel was clean. The swimming pool was good for the kids. we had booked this room since it was close to play mobil park. Hotel very easy reachable with Autobahn but not so easy with public transport.

Breakfast is too expensive, we reccomend for other guests just go few hundred meters to Beck bakery, where you will get nice and way cheaper variants. Some of the personal near the registration desk were very friendly, some - without any smile... The swimming pool is just too small.

Good hotel with airco (is very important during hot summer days). Near both Furth and Nurnberg, easy to travel, as the hotel is next to the highway. No noise problems from the highway, though.
