There was no body soap in the bathroom. If the room has a connected door then you can get noise from the next room.

The hotel room itself was in another building... therefore if you needed to ask some questions or just generally visit the bar and restaurant you had to go to the main building... The restaurant didn't have a great choice of food..

We had booked this hotel because of the pool but unfortunately it was out of service at the time of our arrival. In compensation, we’ve been offered free parking .

The receptionists and cleaners were exceptionally great in meeting up to our demands.

There weren't slippers for the bathroom, forcing you to use your shoes, which is not very sanitary.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. There was a coffee machine in the room. It was quiet. And I think the best thing about this hotel was the superb breakfast.

The exterior is a bit dull but once inside, it ticks all the boxes. The lads doing the cleaning rooms just skips through them, but the ladies are conscientious.

Location, while secluded is convenient to the centre of city as well as walking distance to Rhine promenade.

A problem with the booking on arrival but efficiently rectified. Breakfast was rather mediocre.

Comfortable room with coffee machine only. Clean hotel catering mostly for business guests. Hotel parking and facilities were good, about a 20 minute walk to the Dom.

The room was ok, but walking to another building for breakfast isn’t really convenient. We had a nespresso coffee maker with some capsules (not really tasty) and no kettle, which was disappointing, since you can’t have your evening cup of tea 😕 The cleaning could have been much better! I can’t say that the room was dirty, but it’s something you notice. Clean towels had other people’s hair :( Shower cabin wasn’t the most convenient, water got to the bathroom floor etc.

Breakfast was really good, I definitely enjoyed making myself a waffle! The selection of cheeses, meat cuts and jams for your pastry was great. As someone mentioned, it’s not really well organised, but I guess there’s some reasoning behind it :) Hotel has two buildings, we lived in the new one (I guess). I know there is a pool in the hotel, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to try it out. The location is nice, metro is near and it’s a 10-minute walk from the central train station (and the Dom).

Wi Fi was very and very poor. Let say, there was not wi fi at all.

the breakfast was lovely. Personnel was fine, especially Mr. in reception (unfortunately, did not have chance to ask the name) was very and very helpful and polite.

The WiFi was wobbly in the first few days of our stay and the reception said they had trouble with the provider. They sorted it out and it worked just fine.

The suite we booked was wonderful and the kitchenette very helpful as we stayed for 10 days. The location is spot on, near public transport and within walking distance to the Rhine. We shall definitely come again.
