That the pool was not available which is the filter I used to book a stay in the first place. It should say that the pool is not available on booking.com or remove it from the filter options for this premises

due to no fault of the venue itself but unfortunately the bar and that the pool was closed due to covid restrictions.

The rooms are very clean and the location is ideal for reaching different parts of the city

Elevator doesn't go to 4th floor (only to 3rd) - if you have heavy luggage it may be a problem. Due to COVID-19 breakfast is not served in the hotel but there is a coffee point there and several places to eat in the neighborhood.

Good place to stay for one night. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram stations are really close. There are several bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. East Side Gallery is 5mins walking.

I think that open access wifi with no password does not seem like a good idea in terms of user security :)

Second visit to Plus after many years and the place seems to keep its vigor. All well organized, staff is helpfull. Rooms are tidy.

One of our beds was very hard.

Its a very good location, you pay very little for everything you get. The staff is very nice and the building is very spacious. We also enjoyed the big garde, where we could hang out after a long day in the city.

Clean, warm, and spacy room. Amazing "Italian" breakfast (cappuccino, cornetti, panini). Great location in terms of transportation and close to interesting neighborhoods.

I booked a double bed, and i got two single bed duvets rather than one double bed duvet. I thought that this was less than ideal.

Really nice staff. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't functional due to COVID-19, can't really comment on that. Location is nice, all necessities are nearby.

There was no bar, restaurant or breakfast available. I was told by staff that the bar and breakfast was not available due to Covid 19. This didn't make sense to me, as you need to be tested or vaccinated to stay at the hotel, Plus, all the restaurants in Berlin were open and serving customers, so restrictions would clearly allow hotels to serve breakfast. This was also possible in the other hotel I stayed in Berlin during the same trip. To me this was not explained in a satisfactory way by the hostel staff and was not made clear on the booking app

If anything the amenities. Thun toilet paper and small towels. Nothing unexpected however for the great price.

The room was quite spacious, almost 4 meters tall with large windows over the garden. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel was very well placed and it had a nice interiorz

DO NOT BOOK if you want to be relaxed! Rooms with broken lights and broken airconditioners.. Disrespectful staff made of students and hippies who are always on a smoke break. If you stand at the reception desk for sometime you would hear several guests come and complain about their rooms. No phone in the rooms to call the reception for anything so you always have to get dressed and physically walk to the front desk to complain after which they say that they will send someone who never really comes to fix anything. Take an extra minute and book some other hotel.

I have initially been checked into a room that had not been cleaned. This was sorted by the helpful reception staff. However, cleaning staff tried to enter the room 3 times in the span of one morning, waking me up twice and once without even knocking. I felt the total lack of privacy beside being in a private room.
