Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Germanyunfortunately, the tv size is pretty small (43 inch) and was placed quite far from bed. And there's no water kettle. Small inconvenience, really

LithuaniaA few minor things, but really none of these made my stay miserable in any way. Just kind of prevented me from giving it a 10/10. * There is no fridge in the room, even though there is a cupboard specifically designed to fit a mini bar. The mini bar items are simply positioned on top of it, but I would have liked to have a fridge, both for having a chilled beverage, as well as potentially storing some food there. * The room was a bit chilly by default, but the temperature could be adjusted via the radiator. I just kind of couldn't find the perfect spot, and would either have it a bit chilly or too hot. * The restaurant does not have a lunch menu. They only serve breakfast and then open up for dinner. Which is a shame, as there aren't that many other places to eat nearby. There's a nice place around the corner called The Locks that the hotel receptionist recommended, but it's rather expensive. * I had purchased breakfast included in my stay, but they couldn't offer early breakfast for me on the day I had to check out. I had an early morning flight and they weren't willing to give me any kind of food for the go. * The location, as mentioned, is not too great for sightseeing in the city. * The breakfast was quite limited. The food was good, but there weren't that many options to choose from.
This is a rather small and cozy hotel quite a bit away from the city center. The location is not very great, as it takes at least 15 minutes of walking from the nearest S-Bahn station. There are a few bus stops nearby that presumably go to the city center, so that should be fine. But wasn't very convenient to travel between the hotel and the airport. But it served the purpose, as the event I was attending was close by. The staff was very polite, friendly and professional. The food was nice. The room was small, but comfy and clean. The area is rather quiet, so I got plenty of rest when I needed it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a work-related trip.

This is a small hotel in a northern suburb. Looks like a family owned place, so that's very sympathetic. My room was spacious and faced the church. There is a middle eastern restaurant that is very popular, but unfortunately I couldn`t try it.

BelgiumOverall too dark. I suppose it is a design idea but you don't relly see much. Parking very difficult to get away from - very busy street. A mirrir on the other side would be very helpful.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable Room. Good Breakfast. Parking on site. A good location for business. Half an hour drive to the centre.

MalaysiaWifi at rooms located at G floor was not working very well, a guest staying there could only watch video near the reception counter, wifi on the rest of the floors were good though. Pros and cons, it is a little far from the buzz and bustle of city for younger exploring travellers. The nearest metro station is 19 mins walk away (walking speed of Google map), the nearest bus station is around 3-5 mins walk away.
It was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Europe. Very humane! The staffs go extra miles to ensure their guests feel at home, have what they need, even on a national public holiday as long as we communicate our needs. The lady preparing breakfast actually remembers my preference for tea, how sweet is that! High integrity- for mishappening that goes beyond their legal obligation, they tried to help and correct their past mistakes very quickly, for which I highly appreciated. It's very near to a tranquil park, very warm neighborhood, with sufficient quality eateries within walking distance.

United KingdomWe were there for two nights and the room was not serviced. When challenged, we were told that there had been problems with the housekeeping that day, but that is no excuse. This is not a cheap hotel and if necessary, the manager/owner should make up the rooms if they have a problem with housekeeping. This was particularly annoying because the money for our stay had already been pre-charged and taken from our bank account, even before we arrived!! This meant that no allowance could be made for the lack of service. Finally, to add insult to injury, when paying for our evening meal the second night, the card reader declined our card, having accepted it no problem the previous evening. These things should all be considered by the management of this hotel and restaurant.
Good location and parking for the car. Nice room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast and good food in restaurant.

Austria-At night the streets are very loud -The rooms are ok, quite old and the blanked in the hotel are very small - the hotel was reluctant to give me a vat receive until I had to write booking.com - I did not eat breakfast there and there was a misunderstanding as I said I would eat one. From a 4* hotel I expect more professionalism to check correctly who goes to breakfast and who not
I like the proximity to my company The staff is very friendly and helps when you have a question

GermanyThe City of HH has apparently decided to charge a fee for using a private Hotel parking space. So, the hotel has to charge 5.- for private parking. This is the car hostile policy of the govt. I only wonder how they pay everything when people stop driving cars.
