The booking on the internet was not aligned with what received the hotel. Fortunately the personal was very opened to adapt everything.

The well located and was not difficult to find. We arrived very late at the place and the staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

It was quite hot in the room. A vertical fan was provided but still was hot. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms.

The parking lot was almost full. I always look for parking places at the hotels I'm checking in and I even make reservation if possible. I tried to find an empty spot. Lucky for me, someone was leaving.

It was a nice stay for one night. The hotel and its neighborhoods are pretty quiet. We had a very good breakfast. I would like to return some day.

Restaurant was shut , one reason I chose this hotel was in the hope it would be somewhere I could get food .... It should have been stated on booking . Com that it was closed

Room was fine , but could benefit from air con ...guy on reception in the morning should have been on reception when I arrived .. helpful information was offered on departure that would have been fantastic on arrival 🫣 granted I don't speak German but check-in was difficult with no translation 🫣 even Google was struggling with receptionist

Unfortunately we have found cockroaches in the room. The receptionist gave us different room, but there was cockroach as well so it is was not an isolated problem, what was told to us. Around midnight we did not find anyone at the reception so we contacted the owner by phone and left the hotel immediately. The bugs were german cockroaches (blattella germanica) as demostrated by the provided video. That is simply unacceptable. The room is clearly unsuitable for use and also has an unpleasant smell. It was impossible to fing other accomodation deep in the night and we were forced to change the plans for the last day of holidays and to drive to Prague 550km. The owner Mr. Mario Ivancic sent an apologizing message, trying to explain, that this sort of insect flies from outside and it is not their fault. This is nonsense. It is result of low level of sanitation of the object.
