Restaurant advertising open when actually it was closed. Ongoing renovations on the floor I was staying. Lack of interaction at the reception.

Breakfast was really nice . Parking also was secure and free

1. I have mid size European Station wagon. No room to park in the causeway of the hotel. No parking out front. Drug store amd church.2. Service at restaurant was very slow and they where packed.3. Had to go down hallway to use toilet, yet room had shower and sink??4.Room was musty and old smelling. Step out of shower to carpet! 5, one small towel and small get out of shower towel.6. Required allot of info to get key, even after booking on line. 7. GPS will have you drive by hotel at least twice.

The restaurant down stairs is very tasty food. Close proximity to centum Koblenz.

The pillow and blanket were a little too soft/not suited for the season, carpet floor not suitable for walking inside without shoes

Excellent breakfast, comfortable location, large room, great view, cozy interior. Overall would recommend for car travellers!

The room was spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. There was a good selection of cold and warm food for breakfast. We ate both nights of our stay in the restaurant as the food and drink was so good. Parking was good and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast layout/spread was congested, too many people in a small place to take food though the dining room was big and had many tables to sit.

Clean room, centrally located in Koblenz Guels. Residential neat and clean neighborhood with supermarkets such as Rewe in 5 minutes walk. Very near to Koblenz Guels station that takes one to Koblenz main station in 12 minutes. On the train route track from Koblenz main station to Moselle valley towns/villages such as Cochem. Moderately priced.

The only thing was the pillows were not very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also we had dinner, it was delicious. There was a free parking space. Really cute hotel.

There is very little in this part of town. Decent small pizza pasta joint but that's about it. Nice if you want to chill and not do much I guess. Can't fault the hotel though. No air con and shared bathroom would be a problem if staying longer.

Lovely old world hotel. Lovely staff nice breakfast. Beer and food is excellent. Spotless and well priced. Great for a one night stay.

The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Check-in was straightforward even though the staff were busy in the kitchen. We had a meal in the evening and it was fabulous.

Hard to initially find parking. But once we found it, was fine

Very quaint and in the middle of an older part of town. Within walking distance of local grocery stores and you could hear the church bells. Also had a great breakfast

I booked a single room with bathroom inside but the shared toilet was not so clean. Was disappointed with Wifi, too bad. Couldn’t use it at all though I had tons to do with the internet that day.

Good location. 5 mins walking from the train station so if u use train, quite convenient. A peaceful and quiet place.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. Its very clean, comfortable and has a good restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its a great base for cycling the Mosel. The hotel provides secure storage for bikes

I have stayed at this hotel many times, its a comfortable clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It has a good restaurant. I use this hotel as a base for cycling on the Mosel. It also is good value for money
