We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomUnfortunately the church bells ring very loudly every 15 minutes from 6am to 10pm. No air conditioning so we had to have our windows open. No chance of a relaxing holiday lie in. Big queue for the coffee machine at breakfast.
Handy location on the river Rhine. One of the members of staff was very lovely and helpful. Good shower.

United KingdomI would have liked to see more information at reception, a board with maps, what's on locally, though there was an excellent tourist information hall nearby, I did not find that right away.
A single room with a view is a rare treat, in such a lovely location looking out over the rhein was amazing. The privacy and security made for a relaxing stay. Gorgeous location and a great breakfast, with tables on the riverside made it special.

GermanyThe shower was very small so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. As smoking is allowed on the balconies I could not use our balcony as I was sandwiched between chain smokers. This was very unpleasant as I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. It would be good to have one floor where smoking is not permitted at all. If you find it difficult to sleep when trains are passing regularly through the night it would be advisable to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.
The Hotel overlooks the Rhine which is lovely. The room had a small fridge which was helpful in such hot weather. Breakfast was good.

United StatesI thought parking for the car was going to be right in front of hotel but it wasn't. It was all occupied so we had to park 5 mins walk away which wasn't that bad. Also the room provides only small fans - one room fan was sort of broken. Not rotating. It can get hot in the room

NetherlandsBest thing about this hotel is its location, right on the riverside. I was staying there for 3 nights with my husband and his parents and they simply liked the hotel room and breakfast. In the booking, room size was mentioned 17m2 but it was definitely bigger than that. There were no AC like most of the German hotels but fans were there, which was sufficient. Even my parents room was so well ventilated, they don’t even use the fan. Breakfast was good and have many food options. Hotel has its own Pizzeria, so you can have Pizza right on the riverside just in front of the hotel. I really like to mention and thanks Stephanie, she was my person to go, one point of contact for all our need, she had made sure that our stay was comfortable.

New ZealandGood breakfast. Stephanie, the young lady at reception was helpful and cheerful. We were glad to have her service. The chef who was manning the reception counter when kitchen was closed was a tad grumpy. When there was a power trip, he instantly told us not to cook or use chinese electrical product in the room just cos we were asian. We didn't even do that. We used all apple or Samsung devices and eu rated adaptor. I can understand that some chinese may have such behaviour previously but uncalled for to have this kind of assumption for all Asian. Pity that we were too full to try his award winning pizza.

 My room overlooked the Rhine and it was lovely to watch the cruise ships and barges going up and down daily. It’s location was very convenient to all the shops and was within easy reach of the railway station.

Balcony overlooking the Rhine was amazing. Very comfortable bed. Cute cozy room. Unbeatable location near boat dock and central market directly in front of the river, and close to all. Hotel restaurant had a yummy dinner. Free breakfast was good.
