Good breakfast (they serve guacamole and freshly squeezed orange juice on top of everything else). Clean rooms. Relaxing spa area - they are NOT a spa hotel, but it's great for after long hikes. Fantastic thing is a shared space where you can get soft drinks for free till 10:30 pm (beer and wine to be purchased), play some table games, and hang out.

Parking is limited and difficult to get in and out. We had to back out through several cars to leave.

Room much larger than I expected. Breakfast was superb. Elevator available. Coffee and other drinks available after breakfast through night.

Honestly IF there was something negative I did not notice, and IF there was something they are organised, professional and very nice to fix.

The owner and the lady at the reception were lovely. Super view from the room and a fab breakfast. A little problem in the room, actually we were worry for the room and not for us, they immediately came to see. I will definitely come.again.

If to be picky, the pool temperature is a little bit cold.

The bed was a little hard for me,

We really liked the location of the room, parking right there and being able to walk around the area. They had a self service drink station after check in, and the staff was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and very big and we enjoyed having a balcony. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in Germany or really in the travels throughout Europe. They had a large selection and delicious fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice, they have a machine that squeezes the oranges in front of you.

hours for spa - why to start at 10 AM and not before? in addition there is a sef service coffee and tea- why it started only afternoon?

Was a 30 minute walk to the centre, but it was a pleasant walk and there was a bus stop right outside which went to the centre and other places and you could use if for free with your guest card.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely pool. One of the best breakfasts I've had. Very helpful staff. Use of common area to heat up food and free hot and cold drinks.

For those without a car the location isn't the best, but nothing unmanageable. It is possible to go to the city center by bus from the bus stop in front of the hotel.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and with very good lighting. The breakfast area was very organized, clean and the food was very good. Considering the location, there are a couple of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a ski rental place.

The room was larger than the usual hotel room. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. It even offered fresh-squeezed orange juice! We arrived very late, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was too small.

Everything was good, except the small bathroom: breakfast, free water and coffee, big terrace, spacious room, heating, cleanness.

Bathroom was a little old. Location wise good but not great as no good restaurants or anything nearby in the evening.

The view from the room was great. Free tea coffee and juices at anytime. Loved it. Mattress was pretty comfortable.

The pillows could have been better. I realize the bed is two twins out together( European style), but would be nice if there was a topper to make it even.

The breakfast had a lot of choices: eggs, different sausages, bacon, cheese bar, pastries and breads, as well as coffees, teas, and fresh orange juice. The location was perfect, close to downtown. It was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with many windows, and a door to the terrace.
