We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Fantastic hotel in gorgeous location. We were upgraded to a junior suite. Spa facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly. We had the 4 course evening set menu, which was superb for me having the fish option and my wife having the vegetarian option. The wine accompaniment for my meal was great too, with local wines being paired with each dish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, such a pity that we were only staying one night. Love to come back and explore the beautiful village of Traben-Trarbach.

The suites were huge, clean, the staff very helpful and the location perfect - you could walk everywhere and yet it felt very quiet. The main building is exceptionally beautiful and the spa was very new and well equipped. Good breakfast. Free parking.

Had dinner in restaurant Belle Époque which was an experience we would recommend. Great wines! Lovely location nearby the Mosel. Beautiful surroundings!

Our room was nice and had a separate sitting area with large TV but we were disappointed not to be in the main hotel

BelgiumSome of the staff, especially at the reception could be more helpful. The domicil suite smelled of cigarette smoke when we entered the room. Fortunately the smell went mostly away after several hours of venting the room. Wifi reception is great in some rooms (610, domicil suite), very spotty in others (602). If you like a firm pillow to sleep on bring your own. The hotel provides only very soft pillows.
Both the dinner and the lunch ("Kleine Karte") in the hotel restaurant were excellent. Our waiter for breakfast provided us excellent service. Spa and pool are very nice. Massages were great. Rooms are spacious and well maintained and well equipped.

Belgiumthe room felt like more than 80 mtrs from the main building and spa this trip put us off using the beautiful spa much. the service in the dining rooms for dinner and breakfast was very mixed one or two very nice and several poor. we were told off for putting butter in the bread basket with the bread as it meant the lining napkins had to be changed! the buffet at 09:45/10 was picked over and fruits empty. bar service was dreadful with potential customers walking out without being served in several evenings. the check out was less pleasant told I couldn’t leave the key in the room before leaving but had to walk the 100 mtrs or more to return it by hand and unexplained items on the bill
the room was very comfortable and cleaning fab! the check was amazingly pleasant and timely after a few hours in the car and the weekend reception staff were fab pleasant and helpful

NetherlandsOur room was in another building which meant we had to walk outside to get to the sauna. The room was a bit spooky. We did not feel relaxed being there. Maybe it was the old building. The staff was not really taking well care of the customers. They were distant / formal in communication. Also the ladies behind the counter were not really paying attention to the customers. On one occasion, where we needed help, the girl behind the counter was on the phone having an informal phonecall and left us waiting for more than 5 minutes. She saw us but just ignored us.
The main building looks amazing. The breakfast / dinner room is one of the best jugendstil room I have ever seen. The breakfast was pretty good. And the dinner was also good. We also liked the saunas.
