The Gym is limited, but it works for a couple of days.

Location was great with the U3 bahn line right on the corner. Also really cool to walk around some o the main streets with lots of restaurants and commercial places.

The pillows were not the best. Suggest you have firm orthopaedic type of pillows not all set but two in the room. Restaurant should avoid frozen products and use fresh ingredients ate steamed fish which was frozen and not wl prepared for a 4 star hotel

Great spacious room, hallways and reception area. The place had a restaurant, bar and a copy reception area to relax. Staff was very professional and helpful. Room had all necessary amenities. Location was great and had restaurants just infront and public transport at walkable distance. The hotel had a great swimming pool with views. The in house sauna and steam bath was also great

The room service was good and provided fast. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with a clean bathroom. The location was great as it is situated next to a U-bahn from where you can reach the center easily.

An excellent base for the central part of Berlin and well connected to public transport and taxi services. I, for one, walk a lot from this base. The faculties are very good and would recommend as I have stayed there several times.

Not all personal speak good german/englisch. Equipment (furniture, wall decortion) in our room was not very fresch. The plastic pillows were not very comfortable for us. After leaving the parking house, you need to call the staff (to use the button) to open the gate. On the arriving this gate opens automatically (we didnt know it first). We had to pay 50 EUR for parking (full tariff for 48 hours), although that we parked only 38 hours.

Nice hotel, good location, positive staff. The breakfast was very good. We were happy to stay there.

Breakfast is expensive and there should be a discount if you stay longer and have breakfast every day. Room cleaning forgot to refill toilet paper and zewa.

Well, I doubt they can do anything about it now but the swimming pool, while just about long enough to do some exercise swimming, was so narrow, it would be difficult to do such if there were more than two persons in the pool. I tended to get up fairly early to ensure I could swim. However, the plus is the swimming pool is open 7am to 11pm so much longer than many places.

The breakfast had a lot of variety and was well cooked. The swimming pool was a very pleasant area. I don't use saunas or steam rooms but people seemed to like these, too. It was very quiet at the hotel which we appreciated. Even though our room looked out onto the courtyard, there was none of the annoying noises you sometimes get from A/C's and heaters.

Breakfast at the hotel is very primitive and not varied, a bottle of water from our six days was only on the first day, slippers and a robe were provided only after a personal request, although this was all included in the description of our room.

The location of the hotel is wonderful! This is the biggest plus of this hotel! The spa area in the hotel is located on the top floor and has a beautiful view, but is small in size.

Room was clean and spacious. The one we had had a glass window to the bathroom. So, make sure to share it with people you are comfortable with. The hotel was in the main area but with the possibility of parking. Also, the bar was nice and affordable.

Its slightly out of the way for the very centre of Berlin, but you should be aware of that anyway.

Lovely stay at this modern Hotel. We were on the 7th Floor and had very easy access to the small swimming pool, sauna and steam room on the same floor. The trip was for my wife's birthday and the Hotel kindly provided a cake/fruit platter with some Fizz, which was much appreciated. We also liked the option to go 'green' which meant for every day that you did not use the room service, you gained Euro 10 per day to spend at the bar/restaurant.

If you want to book a massage you need to tell them far ahead of time. In my case we unfortunately couldn't organize one, but the staff was very nice about it and tried everything in their power to arrange it. Ultimately, I did something else instead.

The rooms were large and spacious. We shared a family room, which are two rooms attached. One had a rain shower, the other a bath. The breakfast was great and had lots of fresh options. The pastel de nata is especially good. Everything was provided for and the spa facilities were great.

The room was very hot. The air conditioning did not seem to work how I wanted it to work. It just worked as a sort of ventilator more than an air conditioning.

The staff is very kind and creates a calm atmosphere. The check-in was good with a kind gentleman who explained everything regarding breakfast, wellness, and Wifi. The room was clean and neat. The shower head is big and the style of the bathroom is very luxurious. The bed was nice but the pillows were too soft for me (I prefer a hard pillow). What was nice was that they provided 2 kinds of pillows; a thin and a thick one. The curtain is electronic and darkens the room very well. The TV is also nice (smart TV). It allows you to stream from your phone to the TV. The speakers are located in the ceiling and ar spread across the whole room. The Wellness is on the 7th floor which gives you a very nice view when relaxing in the Sauna or pool. The steam cabinet was my absolute favourite. The breakfast is okay. I do have everything you want except yoghurt that you can scoop in a larger bowl. They provide a small jar with yoghurt but no bowl of yoghurt so you can mix it with nuts or cereal. They serve orange juice and coffee to your table so you do not have to get this yourself. I think the breakfast staff was by far the kindest of all (not that the other staff was not kind, but the breakfast staff was just amazing). The hotel has a great location and is 3 minutes away from the famous kurfürstendamm. There is an amazing Lebanese restaurant across from the hotel (please go there, they are amazing). The street left from the hotel contains a lot of other cute restaurants and a supermarket. I went to at least half of them and they were all amazing with very kind staff. This is something that is typically German. Warm and kind people. You can also get a nice massage or manicure/pedicure in the same street. I went there for business but ended up having more pleasure. Great location and great staff. What is also a huge plus is that they have a covered terrace where you can smoke. This allowed me to work outside without having to worry about getting wet when it rains or...
