I arrived at the wrong time of the week (Mo, Tue) and the restaurant was closed, but there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance.

Great location right at the lake, breakfast is traditional German, all you need to start your day. My room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing. The location on the Ammersee and near Andechs was delightful. Go for a walk along the lake; take the boat ride/tour of the lake. Hike to Andechs to enjoy the best bier in the world.

Reception and restaurant service we considered was slow and we were left waiting longer than expected but this is a very personal opinon!

The hotel we selected for its location and proximity to the lake and S Bahn. It was noticeable that the room had not long been renovated which was an unexpected surprise. Very comfortable bed and ample desk and storage space. Good selection of food provided for the buffet breakfast.

Very nicely situated directly at the Ammersee you will get a clean, cosy room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast is rich and tasty, staff and owner are looking out for you to have a pleasant stay. Downstairs you can enjoy either the hotel's restaurant or stumble outside right into the Biergarten.

I needed to reconnect to the free hotel wi-fi manually every two hours. This was by design - the wi-fi system they use requires you to do that.

Thank you for a room with view of the Ammersee lake! That was a great experience. My room had a nice interior, a comfortable bed and a modern, clean bathroom.

This hotel is all about location. It is situated on the promenade along the Ammersee at Herrsching. The dock for the Ammersee ferry is steps from the front door. I had a double room with balcony overlooking the restaurant terrace on the lake. Nice view of the setting sun. The hotel is modern and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed outside dining on the lake. For the location, the price was reasonable

There was no soap at the sink but there was a dispenser in the shower. Likely due to covid, it took me a bot of time to figure out where the food for breakfast was located. There was noone from the staff at breakfast but as stated that may have been a measure to reduce contact. If you are in a hurry to get out I would recommend asking for a short guidance since the food for breakfast was good but located all over the breakfast room and bar area. Also the coffee maker was located at the bar. all of this no problem for day two but not helpful if one needs to have a quick bit good breakfast.

I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly person at the reception. The room was clean and with a lake view as booked. There was some bavarian music in the afternoon in the beergarden below which I enjoyed but the room was very quiet after 8 p.m. The breakfast was just right with a good choice of beverages and food. I certainly recommend staying there. Also I enjoyed a very nice swim in the Ammersee just 100m away from the hotel.

Breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. Delicious food overall. The bakery items were very tasty and the "apfel kuchen" and cheese cakes were a welcome and delicious surprise to end breakfast. Staff were efficient and pleasant in cleaning up when folks finished breakfast.

Such a lovely location by the lake, good food in both the restaurant and the beer garden. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony 'watching the world go by' and the steamers coming and going.

The hotel is dated and could use some renovation. Our room was tiny even for European standards. It was difficult to find room for our stuff. Our room overlooked the service entrance so it was quite loud in the morning when deliveries were made.

The hotel is located right on the shore of Ammersee, so the location is great. The breakfast buffet was very good. The parking was free and located right next to the hotel.
