Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. Room and washroom was super clean and all facilities were well maintained. Location is very convenient as the bus stop and train stop are next to the hotel.

For claiming to be 4-star the service was mediocre: - checking was slow, no advice on breakfast time bore the direction of the room (they have 3 buildings) - in the evening bar personal wasn’t attentive at all -welcomed by being reminded to park within the car parking lines 🤪

Kind of silly that you must pay 10 euro per day for the parking. If your are a guest, it should be free.. how else would you get there?

Really close to the hiking trails. Beautiful view and the staff is really friendly. Especially waitress at restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The last night before departure there was a party in the hotel so it was noisy night and the gests stay late night with too mach took and sigarets infornt fo the main door Wich is bather me in my room cause the room was right in the top of the main gate

Separate buildings. We stayed in a building across the street away from the restaurant/breakfast area. Food warmers in the restaurant are also quite dangerous. I burnt the back of my hand trying to lift the lid.

Smokers are allowed to stand in the entrance to the hotel so everyone else is forced to walk through their smoke when coming in and out of the hotel. They need to be moved away from there.

For a large hotel it felt quite cosy. The rooms were very neat and clean. It was nicely decorated with a train themed public bar and a snug residents’ bar. Beautiful views, very good food and a lovely spa.

Bit hard to convince the front desk staff that BOTH our kids should stay in our room and not one kid in our room and one kid in their grandparents room. Makes me wonder if they receive the age of the kids from Booking.com or not. Hotel is also a bit pricey, but everywhere is pricey nowadays, so what can you do? At least it was pricey with good value.

Super nice location at the base of the mountain. Breakfast was quite good too and there were enough kids options for vegetarian kids in the restaurant that our kids weren't eating spätzl the whole time. We REALLY appreciate that!

The baby seat and outskirts of swimming pool had not been cleaned in the two days we were staying. Which of course makes you wonder. Although everything else felt clean

The room was sufficient but was lacking a fridge and unfortunately our balcony overlook the car park. The online check in portal was very confusing meaning we over paid for a couple of things, but this was easily resolved with the reception staff. The same level of customer service could not be said about the waiting staff in the restaurant.

The breakfast buffet was awesome when we could get seated as it was very busy! The swimming pool was great and we were usually the only ones in it. We visited Neuschwanstein castle from here and the drive there was awesome. The location is magical and the food and beer very good. The bar in the hotel is also very cool. The reception staff were very friendly too.

The picture/room type descriptions could match better when choosing. You could end up in 3 different buildings.

Location has beautiful quiet setting, very comfortable, many room types to choose from, nice amenities, good breakfast choices. right next to a river, close to hiking, train stop & Eisbee lake is a quick drive away.
