Noise level if you have a room facing out on to the street. We had to swap rooms at the last minute due to not being able to sleep due to sheer noise coming from street below us and the tapas bar. It was a Saturday night so this may not be so bad in the week. The lifts seemed to take forever to actually come. They worked fine, but at times we were waiting 4/5 minutes for a lift to show up.

Location of the hotel was in the city center, right near the windmill and local amenities. Beds were comfy, nice bathrooms, reasonably modern. Staff were very accommodating at moving our room at the last minute due to the noise.

bed was a bit soft and I had the shower tap dripping (one drop every 20 seconds) which I noticed. Otherwise nothing.

location is great and for those with a car many parking options close by. Staff very supportive throughout and very friendly. from the hotel you can be in the Bremen city center within minutes. Many resturants close by and breakfast in the hotel is good.

- A very noisy hotel. in the middle of the night, drunk people pass by the street, family with little children shouting at the corridor. I didn’t sleep the whole night. - We are two adults with one child travelling, but the hotel just provided one big quilt in the bed without taking a further thought.

The hotel is built in a way that you'll have to do a long round trip to the elevator every time you need to go to your room. The vicinity is somewhat concerning, with junkeys and other folks, but it's not the hotel's fault of course, just be careful out there. What I lacked is a certain attention to our requests related to traveling with a child. In Dorint Berlin we were offered child's toiletries, slippers and toys while here I've to ask for basics like bed sheets several times despite requesting it in advance during the booking. Other than that everything was fine.

We've had very high expectations after having a marvelous stay in Dorint Berlin but this hotel is a bit less elegant. It's nice though, with an excellent bar that we've had a chance to explore using a voucher, and very decent breakfast. Coffee was especially nice. The room was clean though a bit dated, and we've enjoyed a nice river view.

Toilet was dirty upon check in. 5 nights we were there daily cleaning varied - days when nothing was replenished, not even toilet paper- we ran out and had to go down to reception on Sunday evening. Days when cleaning was done good. Other days no.

Location, young reception staff were very helpful and tried to make up for the shortcomings of cleaning staff. Breakfast very nice and breakfast staff very sweet and helpful.

Often quite a wait at reception and the evening staff were not so on the ball. No type C charger or UK/European adapter available to borrow. Forgot to put the extra bed in the room. However I did appreciate the gesture of an extra free drink at the bar which more than made up for any inconvenience.

The rooms are lovely and large. Well designed & extremely comfortable bedding/pillows. Great view! Mostly great staff, one barman particularly outshone, put so much effort in the presentation of just an orange daughter for her. The breakfast is phenomenal. Beautiful view & atmosphere looking over the river.and great selection of food. Very good coffee machine! The sauna downstairs was large and hot (unlike many saunas in the UK!), make sure you just wear a towel though as swimming suits are not worn in German saunas! The location is very central, just a walk over the bridge into the Old Town and a short walk the other direction to the train station.

staff in bar at the reception area was very poor, very very slow. Walked in with a friend for a drink and we were standing there and waiting 14 minutes until we were served, despite the fact that there only two tables occupied. In the breakfast area too long way to the buffet. When I went to the buffet, came back with the food, someone had taken off my table the cup and the cutlery... While I finally had my breakfast some staff had a very loud argument that could be heard all over the three rooms breakfast was served in.

The location is amazing - a couple of steps from the old city and 600 meters by foot from the train station. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast contains variety of choices for everyone. We can especially recommend the bar downstairs where you can relax after long day.

Parking where we were recommended (for security reasons) was VERY expensive at 43€ for fewer than 48 hours. I think the hotel should have an arrangement with the car parks whereby they get preferential rates. There should be no TVs in the public sitting/dining area. They are a distraction and not to everyone’s taste (even though they were silent). I would advocate a separate room for people who wish to watch TV whilst dining or sitting with friends.

Staff were (nearly) all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. The room was very comfortable if a little cramped (space between end of bed and furniture) but for a two-night stay this was OK. The breakfast was excellent.

Our TV was not functioning properly, issue reported, but nobody came to fix (could be because of the weekend).

Amazing location, next to the city centre and train station, very convenient to reach all top places by foot or use tram. Clean and spacious room, good breakfast, there was also sauna available downstairs. Bathrobe and slippers provided upon request. Staff very polite and ready to help any time.

On a friday night there was a loud disco-type noise, which kept us from sleeping, while we were on the 4th floor. The fact that the hotel does not operate a decent restaurant in the evening hours is a disadvantage. You can have dome meal in the lobby, but this was not really set up for diets as glutenfree. Even a glutenfree soup had normal bread crunches in it.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for visiting the city (Christmas market). The breakfast was very busy ( we had to sit in an adjacent room) but of good quality. The personnel was excellent. (efficient and kind)

the furniture is quite old and you can see scratches. The bathrobs were not in the room. I guess its possible to get when you visit spa.
