As always, I struggle with pillows in Europe - those could have been better but they offered several so I was able to stack and make them work. :)

The room was exactly as pictured and we loved the set up. The loft and spiral staircase were so nice and fun! The bed was comfortable and the lounge space worked well. Our dog was also made to feel right at home. Location of the hotel was perfect for walking all over the city or jumping on a tram line right outside.

Although there is an elevator, there are still about 5 steps to navigate with your luggage to get to it.

Very stylish retro design. Large rooms and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location was central to both the old city and the train station.

Car parking is not that convenient，small elevator，no free bottle water，the loft room with stairs inside，the bed is upstairs，when need to go toilet or shower，have to go downstairs😭

At the road side there are many sirens during the day from police, emergency and fire fighting vehicles. However this was during daytime, not at sleeping time at night. Other than that everything was perfect.

Good staff, Great location within few meters from the supetmarket, restaurents and shopping malls. We used 3 different room grades, all of them are spacious. The rooms are well furnished with all your needs.

Location. We weren't familiar with Dusseldorf and so location walking distance to the station was a good thing and public transport around the city is also very good, but the area between the hotel and the station is not very nice - plenty of kebab shops and sex cinemas!

We received a room upgrade to a duplex suite. Very nice upstairs bedroom and separate living area downstairs. High standard of furnishings and facilities overall, including nespresso machine and large windows. Breakfast was fairly average.

This is a hotel with a difference! It is a converted cinema retaining original features and ambience. Our room was totally amazing. It was actually 3 rooms with a spiral staircase leading to the sleeping area. We loved it! Very friendly staff, complimentary sparkling water, a fantastic selection of wine in the room (cost extra) & secure storage for our bicycles.

If you want a room with more light then a room at the front of the hotel might be better as ours was quite dark. Overall nothing to complain about.

We had a lovely mezzanine room, our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a fruit basket each day so you could help yourself. The railway station is less than 5 minutes walk away. Nice bars and restaurants close by and the centre is about a 10 minute walk.

This was possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We literally gasped in amazement when we saw the room. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless. The location was great for walking (less than 10 minutes from the station) and for public transport. I couldn’t believe we were paying less than we’ve often paid for a Premier Inn at home!

Hotel entrance and reception looks dodgy and the lift is ridiculously tiny.

Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable and had a nice thick mattress topper so it didn't feel like two single beds pushed together. Aircon was a small reverse cycle system and was excellent!! Also the bathroom has an extractor fan, very helpful in summer. Overall the room was nicer - with much better air conditioning - than the 4 star international chain hotels I stayed in in Germany.

Nothing really, the lift was too small to fit more than 2 suitcases but not a major fault.

The room had so much space for our luggage, easy walk to the city centre and staff were extremely helpful.

I cant really think of something was bad! But maybe the passenger left is kind of small and the entrance is with stairs only so if u have baby or any wheeled chairs its going to be difficult to enter a little bit

The stuff, specially Hussien are amazing!! The location and the rooms were great, i was more than happy during my stay and its not going to be the last time for sure!!

One of the bed sheets was dirty when we arrived, and the receptionist had to replace it himself because the cleaning staff was not present.

The reception staff are always smiling and helpful, and there is a nearby parking lot with reduced fees.

Carpeted floor in our room. Tho it was kept clean but as a person with allergy it wasn't the most pleasant.

Room was small but cozy and with everything that you need as a couple. Staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good and fulfilling.
