The furniture is a little bit outdated, the accessories are generally cheap but they work and there is no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is in a very good location, at the end of the shopping street and close to the train station. The reception desk was open non-stop. The rooms were large, the linen was ok, the room was clean. There was a water heater for tea and instant coffee. There is central heating which works OK at night.

The furniture was very old and the fabric looked dirty. Also the carpet, maybe 20 years ago it was nice... The room in general had a strong old house smell.

I was informed at check-in by the hotel staff that my room would not be cleaned unless I asked for cleaning service at the reception. On three different days, my room was cleaned, even though I did not ask for it to be cleaned. On one of these occasions, my belongings were moved by the cleaning staff, and I found some of my belongings on the floor when I returned to the room. There was also a bottle of mineral water in the room that apparently cost 4 Euros, but there was no information anywhere in the room about this cost. The actual bathroom was fine, but was not as shown in the photos.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was central. WiFi was reliable. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Lobby was clean. Shower gel and soap gel for washing hands were provided in the bathroom. The hair dryer was good.

We liked everything about the stay. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and have all of the facilities that we need. TV had bad reception and fuzzy screen. I’m being picky there though.

Fish tanks are fantastic and well maintained with very healthy happy fish. Entrance lobby is very grand and staff are helpful and readily available. Location is only 10 minutes walk from train station and city centre.

The hotel was a little bit noisy, if someone walked by in the hallway. But not to much inconvenience. The coffee and tea available in the room was very little, not even enough for the amount for the amount of people we were with and we did not get any refills during our stay.

We loved the esthetics of the place . Great location near to some very nice restaurants and walking distance from shops. Parking at the hotel (very narrow parkingspots). Room was cozy and spatious. Breakfast amazing! Staff very friendly and kind.

The closing of the room doors was really loud, so whenever a neighbour came back home and closed their door it sounded like they slammed the door shut which was pretty loud especially in the night

Breakfast room is very crowded and noisy. The tables are very close to eachother. There was a construction about the rooms interior because of that hallways are dusty.

It was noisy as we were opposite the lift.. It was way too warm. Even at the beginning of February. Seems a bit cheap to be a 4 star hotel and only offer hand soap. Bottle of water in the room was €4 and there was no milk for tea and coffee even when we asked reception.

There was a problem with the bathtub sink. After opening the shower the bathtub was full of water. I think the hotel staff should have checked and repaired it before my check-in. However, the staff responded quickly - they suggested either to repair or provide new room. In the end, it was repaired!

The rooms were big enough to move freely. The hotel, the rooms were very clean, the staff very helpful.
