The beds were uncomfortable. The mattress was very 'thin' and the size of the shower was extremely tight and if you were not careful how closing the doors you will flood the bathroom. If you are 'American' sized or a female needing to shave, the shower will be a challenge.

The location next to the train station was great for being able to continue adventures by train. The availability to park on the property was nice. All of the staff that we interacted with were great.

English language wasn't the peak competences in the reception not at the enormous breakfast buffet. We didnt understand why we had to pay 6€ at social. Turned out to be for "free" buspass that we got the day after at breakfast, just before we left.

They allowed to check in early, as I was sick at arrival. That was nice!

The excellent location on the station square is convenient for those who arrived by public transport. The room was spacious, we had a room for three, all had full beds. The biggest plus is that you can bring a dog to the hotel, our dog appreciated the hospitality. A wonderful breakfast.

The bathroom in my room was refurbished, but very small - I had to shuffle in sideways

The hotel is well located - across from the train station. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. A continental, plus scrambled eggs and sausages.

Close proximity to the Bahnhof, made the room really noisy with outside conversations and traffic sounds throughout the night.

The bed was terrible. The pillows were extremely large and the bed was very hard. The shower was very small. Breakfast was 3 our of 5. I arrived to eat at 0800 and most of the food was gone and no new food was prepared.

It was a traditional German hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice room with balcony and view of the mountains. Excellent meals and breakfast buffet.

I only stayed one night, but it was lovely and clean, well located. The beds are a bit soft but that's personal choice. The room was adequate, though there are no fridges as the hotel make an environmental decision to have a fridge for use downstairs. That was okay with me. The breakfast was good given it was included, a range of hot and cold options, though a few more vegetarian options might be appreciated. I would stay again

No car parking. Had to park in the pay car park, problems payin by card and didn't have enough coins to pay for overnight stay as we had just arrived directly from UK - some sort of an arrangement for car parking would have helped a lot.

Check in was efficient and easy. The breakfast food and times were excellent. Very good location for exploring areas around Garmisch. Also very suitable and very convenient for people travelling by rail to garmisch.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. On our last day, we had to leave early, at 6am, for the Munich airport, to board a flight to Australia. Breakfast only opened at 7am. We told staff at reception and asked if they could please prepare a sandwich or some fruit for us to take away next morning. They told us there is nothing they can do even though the restaurant was open for dinner, so they could have helped. We were surprised by their response and very disappointed.
