The access to the hotel wasn't clear. The hotel is hidden in an industrial area and I could see no signs leading to it, I had to trust my navigation app.

The obligatory tourist tax contains a tourist card, which offers free public transport and some bonuses at museums, tours and even shops and restaurants. You don't have to take it, but the staff made sure I knew it was available and I appreciated it a lot. The hotel was small, somewhat out of the way, and the perfect place for me at the time! There was a nice balcony with chairs

The one drawback to my stay was the parking situation. The hotel's parking was not on-site but at a distance, which was inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage to carry. Even more concerning was the fact that the off-site parking area was not secured by a fence and a gated entry. Additionally, finding the hotel's location proved to be rather challenging. Even with GPS, I struggled to navigate the local streets, and there were no clear signs or directions leading to the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming waterside hotel, and I must say that the overall experience left me thoroughly satisfied, with just one minor hiccup. The location of this hotel is a true gem. Nestled near the water, it provides guests with stunning water views and a peaceful, serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were quick to assist with any requests or questions. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant guest experience was evident throughout my stay.

We did have the penthouse so I can’t judge all rooms, but ours was amazing, spacious and fully equipped. Seaview on 3 sides, even the bathroom had a Seaview. The staff was helpful and warm. Finally the price was excellent, this was one of the cheaper rentals in the whole city of Rostock for four people.

The property is so beautiful and the view outside is to die for. I stayed longer than my expected stay. The staff is very amicable and always ready to help. From breakfast to having drinks sitting on the porch outside, everything was just perfect!

Location is good when arriving with the ferry - at the same time it feels a bit like an industrial area when driving there from the port. But once in the hotel it's very nice and I would probably stay there again

We had amazing room with 2 bedrooms and huge terasse around the room. On the top floor. The personel is very friendly! Quite close to the old town: around 2 km walking distance.

There was some kind of plastic under the sheets in the bed. It did not do that much, we slept all night anyway.

Great hotel in the outskirts of Rostock. We arrived 11 p.m. and were welcomed by a very friendly and service minded man. He showed us around and let us know he would be there all night and keep an eye of our car, parked 50 m away. Breakfast was great value and everything we needed; buns, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, yoghurt, müsli, juice, fruit etc. We left early in the morning and did not meet any other guests during our stay = corona safe.

There are no options to eat dinner either at the hotel or anywhere within walking distance (unless you like walking 20+ minutes at night with hungry kids). Other than that - it is a very pleasant hotel with easy access to ferry terminal and city.

Cozy hotel in a bit of a far off location, but very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Smooth check in and check out, very nice breakfast (we ordered omelets and they were very nice), welcoming staff.

some of the stuff didn’t know English. thank god i knew some German before arriving. it can be problematic for international travelers. And another thing is the “selection” breakfast. The person working there offered additional eggs and breakfast food, to all the table, except for ours. we didn’t get a offer, so we only ate bread with butter and regular stuff.

The bed is horrible with the metal in the middle, found one pillow they even took the second one ( horrible pillow by the way) The internet is not working on the ground floor I paid 119 euros for a night ( besides the 7 euros of taxes I had to pay onsite) i am really outrageous for the price / quality For this room it shouldn’t be more than 30 euros per night I came here after reading the reviews Never again.

Missing an air-conditioning, after arrival the room temperature were still unpleasant and we kept windows open, people talking around could being heard and my children were bothered about that, after awhile the room temperature drops thanks the fresh Rostock “Lüft“ and the night was well enjoyed! Another issues for big families is the position to park the car and transport the suitcases + kids! Be aware of the proper entrance and don’t loose yourself!

Exceptional thanks for the welcome and advices! Great place to stay longer, we just got a day but for sure worth much more! Rooms are very comfortable!

The basic stuff like an electric kettle with a few teabags and quick coffee and water. The most basic hotels have this as their minimum.
