Tea and cake are only served until 4pm which does not cater for skiers coming off the slopes around 4-4.30pm. A better time for tea and cake would be up to 5.30pm.

Everything was perfect, from the lovely staff, to the mountain views from our balcony, the comfy pillows, the outdoor pool and double hammocks, and not least the food.

Was a bit uncomfortable with the heat but they did provide fans for us.

The pool and other spa facilities were amazing. We enjoyed a full day by the pool. The staff was extremely friendly in all areas and helpful. The location was great and views spectacular.

The room was large and very furnished and decorated wuth a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We travel extensively in Europe, particularly, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Other than Brenner's Park in Baden-Baden this is truly a wonderful German Hotel. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. We were taken back by the size and amenities at the Spa. We will be back. Lastly the staff was excellent.

Walking distance to train station, but takes about 20 minutes. It is fine for me as I can pass by a lot of nice shops in the city centre on the way!
