Gorgeous, historic hotel in centre of the Old City. The room/suite was a good size, with a large bed and modern shower room, seating area and mini bar. The breakfast area was gorgeous with interesting antiques and paintings, the continental breakfast was excellent - NOT a buffet, which I loved. The garden area is very pretty, we weren’t able to make use of it as it was very rainy during our stay☹️ The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I probably wouldn't stay here on honeymoon, everything creaks and some walls are thin. But that's old houses for you.

This is an outstanding experience, in an old building with few rooms that really gives a special feel of somewhere you could rarely stay. There are beautiful personal breakfasts, wine selections for purchase, and antique furniture which is still comfortable and welcoming. I will remember this for a long time. The team were lovely and super efficient too, and room kitchenettes and great wifi all made it a modern stay without losing the charm.

The bathroom. Showers in baths are dangerous. Slippery surfaces and glass doors. Old fashioned, dated, not easily managed. Could be remedied easily and without great expense.

Was a great location close to the bus a trip from the main train station. Was also great to be in the main hub of the old hub of the old city. The place was also amazing as it had lots of character as an old building with modern comforts. The breakfast was also really good and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful guesthouse in the heart of Old Luebeck with quite magical rose garden and fabulous breakfast. We stayed in the Gotland suite as a family of four. Super comfortable accommodation. Wonderful staff who were very flexible over our slightly late arrival due to delayed and cancelled trains. The fact that Hotel Haase is in a medieval building with wonderfully preserved interior blew our youngest son away with delight. Cannot recommend highly enough - feel very lucky to have found this gem.

No catering on site except breakfast. No staff once checked in til next morning. Parking 10 minute walk away but could drop off luggage. Decor a bit tired.

Out of control of the operators, but there is sometimes a lot of noise from the street - if you have the windows open - this was mostly true on Saturday night - but not a terrible inconvenience.

Loved Hotel Haase - the owners have put real thought into what makes a comfortable stay. The building is beautiful and charming - and while clearly a very old building, all renovations and updates have been done expertly and sensitively. It is very well maintained, and spotlessly cleaned. The rooms are decorated with a charming selection of antiques, but all modern conveniences are there as well. Breakfast is expansive and tasty, and served with flair. The garden and exterior also welcoming for late afternoon/early evening relaxation before dinner. The location is perfect for exploring the old city - everything is walkable, and within easy reach. I found the price to be entirely reasonable for what you get, and I would certainly stay again!
