The staff was kind but not super helpful. we weren't able to pay for our stay right away which I found a bit strange. There were no towles in our room when we arrived and the shower was leaking.

The rooms were nice and clean. The location was absolutely perfect! Theres wine hour from 5-7pm which is a nice bonus.

They don’t clean your room unless you put the note on your door before 9am. Toilet paper was fairly low quality

Great location. Hotel has a 50s theme. Add the breakfast. It’s great value with lots of choice and you won’t find better locally. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyday for 2 hours you can mingle with hotel guests in the lobby with a free glass of wine.

We booked breakfast but had to wait to be seated as it seems people who were not residents were also being accommodated, which is fine, but we should have been seated at the time we pre-booked, rather than having to wait in a queue, as we were in a hurry to attend an event that morning.

Lovey hotel, great location, nice staff and wine happy hour was a nice touch!

Overpriced for what you get, they are good rooms but the cost for 2 nights was the same as where I stayed in Stockholm for 3 nights. Odd system to leave key at reception each time you go out so if there's a queue you have to wait to get it back.

Rooms were good with space and nice bathroom. Kettle available and unique furniture. Nice location with easy walks to different sites.

Hotel on a busy street with some construction, so a bit noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. But they did provide ear plugs in the room!

There is not minibar in the room and the kettle can be improved

Position, cleaning, free coffee at the reception and complementary glass of one between 5-7 pm! Very nice the design pieces at the reception.

We had an issue with the towels, there was only one for two people, but sort it out after talking to the reception. Because of the way the shower was built, after every bath, the whole bathroom was wet. Bring a pair of flip flops maybe.

The design of the room was really interesting and comfortable. The location was more than excellent, next to public transport, shops and key locations. The room was pretty clean. The tap water was drinkable, but there was also a water cooler in the reception area. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Shower pressure was a bit weak, but better when using the waterfall head.

Lovely aesthetics, staff were so helpful especially as a solo traveller. Complimentary wine a lovely touch. Really easy to get to from central station

The WiFi was nearly unusable. There were 2 networks (2.4G & 5G) and both of them would disconnect every 2-3 minutes, making it impossible to watch anything, even YouTube.

Anytime you leave the hotel, you need to drop key to your room at the reception.

Really nice staff, especially lady with black hair 😊 Possibility to drop your luggage before check-ins are open.

Air conditioning was not working / switches off and the heating was very hot (even with radiator turned off), opening the window allowed terrible road noise into the room making it difficult to get comfortable. Room is very small but is well appointed.

Well located off the main square and within easy distance of public transport. Hotel design is good

Given it is 50s vintage decor it is rather worn and scuffed in places, but still nice and clean and very comfortable. Rather noisy, particularly with sirens, but that's to be expected in this location. Only real drawback for me was not having a small fridge in the room (even a tiny one for a drink or two would be great!)

Amazing location, love the Danish design style, spacious room and large bed for a single room, thrilled to have a bathtub (though small), staff were super friendly. Even had an espresso machine in the room, though I didn't use it. And the breakfast at the connected restaurant next door was exceptional!

Single duvet covers on a double bed - felt a bit odd and cold at night, especially with temperatures outside of minus 8
