To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The central location was perfect for exploring and close to the metro. The room was nice and clean and the toiletries provided were lovely.

We were able to get a last minute reservation after our AirBnB was a disaster. The lady at the front desk (who was both there on Saturday and Sunday) was super friendly. The rooms were modern and comfortable

BelgiumThe sound isolation was poor in between rooms but also towards the street. I was at the street side and had a few issues with people shouting during the night and seagulls during the morning. So if you're sensitive to that, better ask a room away from the street side.
Great breakfast, clean room, very friendly personel. I stayed in total a bit more than a week and it was a good stay. Good beds as well and daily cleaning.

Italylocation was excellent, was able to walk everywhere no problem! The room itself was also gorgeous. The only thing we struggled with was the temperature - it would get really hot at night and we couldn't find the thermostat (so we just opened the windows). Otherwise - excellent and would/will stay here again in the future!

GermanyMy bathroom was extremely small, and although a wet room style, shower water just got everywhere, even under the door into the room. Also, the room was initially very cold when I arrived, but it did improve throughout the stay.
The staff was accommodating and friendly at check-in and check-out. The rooms are compact but quite stylish. The bed, duvet, and pillows were TOP NOTCH and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed excellent sleep during my stay! The hotel is located in the centre of Copenhagen, only a few minutes' walk from the subway, and is on a direct train line from the airport, meaning it's extremely fast to get there! I would definitely return here to stay.

My stay at the Huxley was fantastic! It couldn’t have been better in terms of location, just 5 minutes walk from Nyhavn and within walking distance of many other great attractions. The room was clean and nicely designed, with modern bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again

PolandWhile you coudln't hear a thing from the street you could hear people walking and talking in corridor.
Perfect location for my needs, 3 to 5 minutes from Metro station and places of interests in Copenhagen. I was greeted by a lovely reception desk lady, very friendly and helpfull when I asked about some recommendations regarding sightseeing and restaurants. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Size of a room was perfect for 2 nights for 2 people.
