Not much to say. There was digger or something started up at 0500 making a beeping noise which lates 15 mins but I can't blame the hotel for this

Very warm welcome from front desk staff, requested a room move away from lift shaft which was dealt with efficiently. Rooms are clean and in good state. Nice bar area and good breakfast. Great for a business stay and in line with the brand

The hotel seems worn and the bathroom was so so. From our room at 9th floor the view was stunning.

The breakfast is amazing - The ecological cheeses were great and even the bread and the coffee was high standard. Practical parking right outside the hotel. The walk to the city center is short - through the park and the train station.

All was good!

Location was great and comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Free bike hire included which was really appreciated. Reception staff really helpful with transport links and any queries we had. A brilliant first impression of Denmark.

Perfect location, quiet area. Good view over the hole city from one side. And a beautiful view over a big park on the other side. Friendly, helpful and serviceminded petsonals. Good, delicious and variable morning breakfast. I could freely use a good bike. 😁 I have been there before. I feel always Im home. It's my favorite hotel. I will come back again. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I thought the parking was free for customers, but instead I got the final surprise payment (I didn't have any info about it). I would have liked to know the parking price first, highlighted on booking

The breakfast room is very nice and spacious, relaxing and with a great selection of different breakfast items. The view of the park is beautiful: the green area surrounding the hotel is very relaxing. Nice view of Aalborg from the fourteenth floor

in general we were very satisfied. it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in our room. We ordered room service. the salad we had was beautifully decorated and looked delicious, but the salad was very dry and not worth the money.

The hotel was a 20 minute walk from the main restaurant area of the city so we would have appreciated an in-house restaurant with a more extensive menu. The breakfast, however, was very good with a wide selection of goodies on offer.

The hotel is a 14 storey block situated south-east of the railway station in a delightful park. Very modern construction with reasonable size rooms although they are more designed for conference stays rather than tourist stays of 3 nights as in our case. Good quality bathroom with strong shower but limited area for storing clothes. Having said that I am sure they represent the best that Aalborg has to offer and it doesn't stop me recommending the hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to please.

Good location, close to public transport but still green environment thanks to the park nearby. Excellent breakfast, fresh products and a lot of variety. Very friendly staff. Good food and cocktails.

The room service was a bit lacking, no real vegetarian options and the staff didn’t know what was available which seemed a little strange. The rooms decor was a bit tired looking, especially the bathroom. And it was a cold room, wind coming in from the terrace door, made it chilly as a winters night. I expected the breakfast to be spectacular, so a bit disappointed- it was good but not great. All in all didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

Great location, very central for the town centre and if you get a room on the higher floors, there are great views too. The bed was very comfortable.

Noisy, busy street with a lot of traffic runs in front of the hotel, and woke us up a couple of times. The breakfast buffé was ok, but I´m guessing it has been adjusted due to Corona restrictions.

A short walk (10 min) from restaurants and shops. Nice facilities, good restaurant and lounge area. Very good service in the bar area, great bistro menue and drinks. Nice outdoor terrace facing the park. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Two bathrooms, one containing a bathtub, and one regular bathroom with a shower.

The room was not clean, i.e. the carpet was full of stains (ewwwww) and truly needs a deep clean. So do the baseboards. Also, the door to the balcony needs to have a way to stay open (a hinge on the back?).

Great view towards the park from our room 709. Amazing breakfast buffet each morning. Loved the bread varieties and the warm food options like liver pate and two different kinds of scramled eggs. Also, the homemade Nutella was to die for.
