The location is great, to few minutes from Tivoli, the centre and main atractions. The staff was extremely sweet and nice. Room was quite spacious and clean.

Location is great, and the staff are nice and quick. Check-in was quick and not stressful at all. The rooms were clean. There was no problem in terms of noise despite the hotel being in the city centrum

One of the bartenders in the bar was pretty rude (and not just once, every evening).

Great price-quality ratio. Perfect location for a city-break in Copenhagen. Comfy beds, the room actually exceeded our expectations. Nice bar in the hostel.

Only 1 pillow in the beds, no shower soap in the bathroom but remember this is a hostel not a hotel. And it's way better than 90% of the Hostels out there. Copenhagen standards are really high compared to other countries.

We had the room 1611 so it was on the 16th floor and we had a nice view over the east part of the city. The room we book was for 4 people and it didnt feel cramped. The hotel lobby was nice where you could eat breakfast, and do laundry and such. The location is also very close to Copenhagen Main tran station and close walking distance to city center.

I was looking for a female-only room, but there was none, so I decided to take the mixed room. I can smell cigarettes when I first enter the room. Also, there is a terrible smell from their shoes. It would be nice if they could provide shampoo and bathsoap.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had a good view of the river from my windows. It is very close to the bus stop and many attractions within walking distance.

I received a parking ticket, despite having paid close to 200 DKK to Easypark, since the only option in the app as I parked aprx 1730 the 18/3, was area '3200' , the pin pointing at the location I was at .. However I noticed it said '0325' area code for Easypark , at the actual physical sign at the location (which did poo up in the Easypark app the following day when I doubled checked after receiving a parking ticket of 800+ DKK (I paid 650 DKK for my stay at the hostel, 2 adults & a dog). So that leaves me very frustrated, and already I have had to contact Easypark, who kindly has offered to return the parking fee, since I possibly have to pay the fine to Europark). I haven't written a complaint yet to Europark, but will later today. It really, really, frustrates me, that I now have to deal with possibly a prolonged dialogue with Europark, lasting months, since I will REFUSE to pay the fine, having acted in good consciousness, and paid a parking fee for the spot, and the app did NOT display the area code 0325 when I parked. I HAVE used Easypark a lot, and always check if the area code match the position on the map. I asked the staff at reception as I left, to PLEASE make it a CUSTOM to inform guests upon ARRIVAL/CHECK IN where to park and which code etc. It's not ok to leave the guests 'to their own devices ' like this. And in particular because guests choosing to stay at a hostel in the first place, do not swim in assets. I also noticed a van/minibus with Spanish number plates next to mine, which also had received a parking ticket identical to the one I received. So all in all, the stay costed me 1500 DKK aprx, and then I could have stayed elsewhere, with better amenities/room facilities/ breakfast included etc.
