They could have made a little effort to allow us to check in an hour or two early, there were rooms ready but they simply would not. Coming from the US and arriving in the mor o g you are left out for several hours. To be fair the reservation states check in at 3pm, but many hotels would be more accommodating when possible. This one consistently is not.

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast. Very cordial staff.

The wait for the lift was quite long at times...(we usually had a buggy/stroller with us) but that was very minor. The rain shower head in our room could do with descaling as a lot of the jets were blocked (I used my fingers to unblock a lot of them). But these were such minor points!

Really friendly staff and a great location for us. Me, my wife and our three year old really liked the hotel and the staff. The cozy hour is a great idea and our daughter loved the free chocolate bars given by one of the staff.

There is no option for a light breakfast. The huge staircase at the front entrance was hard to navigate with suitcases.

Our only issue was that we booked - and specifically requested - a double bed in advance, but the hotel was unable to facilitate this. So we had to make do with pushing our twin beds together. An unfortunate misstep in an otherwise faultless few days.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities. Very high standard of cleanliness. The hotel was well positioned in the heart of the city and close to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. Very comfortable. An excellent stay and I can highly recommend it.

Small shower.

Recently updated and expanded, it is an elegant hotel in an excellent location. It is convenient to the metro and the Norreport train station, away from the heavily tourist areas, but only a 20 minute walk to them and in an area with a wide choice of restaurants.

The shower, despite very best efforts floor flooded during and after shower. Unpleasant.

Breakfast was different to our normal choices. Food was excellent & ingredients very fresh & delicious. Loved the location, easy access to all places we visited. Enjoyed neighbourhood bars, restaurants. Without exception the staff couldn’t have been more efficient, helpful and very friendly.

Got 2 single beds put together instead of a double bed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer is the main negative 🥺

Sleek, modern, lovely and welcoming vibe. Staff were always happy to help. Bikes provided by hotel (at extra cost) helped us explore the city more intimately and enjoyably.

The bathroom shower is open concept and it doesn't have a door which wets the whole floor. I wasn't a fan of this shower set up as the floor was always wet after my shower even with the towel provided to place on the floor.

This hotel was top notch! the staff, location and rooms were wonderful. The breakfast was average. I really appreciated when I ask for the room to not be clean the cleaning staff left extra towels and toilet paper by my door, which was very thoughtful.

Everything from the public areas to the lovely rooms. The staff was exceptional. My husband and I were visiting Copenhagen for a few days when I fell and broke my hip while out sightseeing. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will go back to Copenhagen and would no consider staying anywhere else!

Walls were all cracked, TV quite old, bathroom faucets were also barelly hanging in place

The only wish that could have been better is the wifi - the signal was quite week, at least in the wing, where I was staying, and a few apps could not be loaded (YouTube, iTunes).

Very good location, just 8 minutes walk from Norreport metro and train station, which was very convenient. Hotel's located in a quiet neighbourhood and offered great comfort. In happy hour at the hotel's bar, starting at 5 PM, all the guests are invited for a drink (free of charge), which I found it a very nice gesture to say Thank you for staying and an opportunity to converse with others.
