Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThe hotel is aged but it’s ok. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, or menu in the room. No instructions how to find the gym, and the gym was intimidating, packed with equipment and gave me man-cave vibes.
Really friendly staff that were lovely and helpful. It’s easy to get to from the airport by metro airport and a few minutes away by car. Staff called us a taxi to the airport at 4 am and the taxi was there within 2-3 min. The whole thing was smooth. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and a really good pizzeria across the street. There is also a small playground behind the hotel.

DenmarkRooms a little old - and the teeny teeny size of the bathrooms. Beds are spring beds - which when you sit on bed you can feel the springs but not when you lie flat (thanks to the decently thick top mattress which also functions as a way to turn 2 single beds into a double bed)! Didn’t try the breakfast as we had to leave early.
Nice but old property. Location (close to airport was nice) but NOT at the airport - 1 metro stop away (from a metro that runs every 4 mins) and a 7 min walk from hotel to metro. Beds were ok n this is a functional hotel for stays meant to catch early morning flights

GermanyRoom is simply not clean enough. Carpets are old and with a lot of stains. Dust is a another problem. Bathroom is functional, large, but it needs to be renovated. Very old tiles and bath with a lot of dings.
Pleasant staff, quiet at the evening, good location, metro station is close by so it is easy to hop on metro and explore city. Parking was ok, plenty of space even for SUV, also they have 2 chargers for EV, but since I do not drive EV, I do not know how it is activated or price, but they exists. Breakfast was good, tasty and a lot of options, but crazy expensive for families.

FinlandYou can hear car and plane noices from outside very clearly. And from the hallway as well. The bed was in serious need of replacement! The springs were really worn out and noisy!
The location was perfect, because I was just staying for few hours over the night and catching an early flight the next day. Just 15 minute walk to the Copenhagen airport! The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and overall a very nice place.

The location is great, very close to the airport, therefore it is perfect for short stays. The hotel is 5 min walk from kastrup metro station, and you can reach the city centre in 20 min. It is also close to the beaches of kastrup søbad, so it is perfect to explore this side of the city. The personnel is absolutely great.

United StatesA guy knocked on my door and walked right in as I was getting out of the shower. He apologized and said he was from the reception but I didn’t recognize him. Makes me wonder if this would have happened if my husband was with. The carpet was stained pretty bad. I was a little surprised I had to pay for parking as a customer.

SwedenThe surrounding area isn't so appealing, trash out on the Streets, makes it look a bit ghetto. Drunks and junkys hanging around the corner, not so safe feeling travelling with a child.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very pleasant. Distance from the airport is about 15mins walk from terminal 2. Perfect for early flight and good quality for the price. Gym was amazing! Breakfast not included, but okay for us, since we ate at the airport after checkin.
