    Nothing really

Ideal location for Lego House & Legoland! There is also a supermarket next door. Room was compact but more than adequate with 1 double bed and bunk beds. Breakfast was good with all you can eat buffet.

After having a disastrous experience at another place, we arrived here with no reservation. The staff were lovely. Very close to lego house and a short walk to legoland

Bathroom surfaces were limited. Would have been useful to have a small table or shelf for toiletries.

    Perfect for our needs.

I think for this price the rooms could be a bit more modern. They were extremely basic and outdated.

A very nice and cozy hotel, the staff was very lovely and friendly. The location is good for those who want to stay close to an airport and lego entertainment. The parking is free.

Did not feel like we were getting the value for the money we paid, even considering it's Denmark and nothing is ever cheap here.

Breakfast was nice, not much variety but all the options were pretty solid. One suggestion to the property - to add a regular type of cheese to the selection (I myself am a fan of smelly cheese, but my husband and daughter have more conservative tastes, and they did not have any options). Our dinner in the restaurant was also nice, but for people with conservative tastes I'd recommend studying the menu before booking to see whether you find anything that suits your taste. The staff were friendly too. Location is brilliant, just a couple of meters from The LEGO House. Overall, it felt nice to stay at a small family-owned place, but the hotel itself needs a bit of a touch up. We were not impressed with pillows, shower and beds (both adult and bunk bed).

Basically everything was okay. There were only two minor issues: hairdryer was operating for 5 secs then stopped and after 1-2 minutes it restarted (it was not a big problem for us; when checking out we notified the reception lady, so they will manage it I'm sure). The other is that the floor in the bathroom is slippery when wet, so right on the first night I fell down (nothing serious happened actually), so a towel is recommended.

Very central location in Billund, 2 minutes walk from LegoHouse and 20 minutes walk from LEGOLAND. Nice Scandinavian design in the room, we loved it!

They hosted a party on one weekend evening - music blaring until 2.30am which was a shame as until then our stay had been faultless.

Brilliant location for LEGO house. Decent hotel.

My "double" bed were two beds pushed together but not fixed, so whenever you came to the middle of the bed, the two parts were drifting apart. - Fortunately for the second night that was fixed, so something you want to check on arrival. No escalator! (At least I couldn't find one)

The location is brilliant if visiting the LEGO house. Breakfast was OK, although a bit limited in selection. Dinner was very good. The staff is really great - friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms are not accessible for those with mobility issues as far as I can tell. Our room was at the very end of the hall and there were multiple stairs to climb to get there. Taking my luggage to the room on my arrival day was challenging as my flight got in late and the front desk was closed. A staff member helped us with our luggage on departure day which was wonderful.

This is a charming hotel. The room is not huge but not small either. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant is fantastic. I missed the fact that breakfast was included until my last day, and I'm glad that I got to enjoy it before my departure. Dinner was fantastic. The hotel is just minutes away from the LEGO House and central Billund with restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store next to the hotel as well which is handy. The walk to LEGOLAND is about 15 to 20 minutes depending on your pace, and it's a fairly easy walk.

The route to the room was through other meeting areas, unless the outside side entrance was used. The breakfast area was a bit cramped at the self-service point.

The staff were friendly and, in particular, very knowledgeable about local items and the area. nice clean room and excellent location.
