Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceThe bed is a bit smaller than expected. You can't really move when sleeping.
The location is perfect—less than 1 min walk from the metro.

PolandNoise. There was a group of young people in the same time and they were very loud and we couldn't sleep. Walls are very thin.
It was extremely clean. Breakfast has everything what we needed. The staff is helpful and kind.

BulgariaStreet noise can't be helped so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the inner side. On the other hand, waking up early to explore the city is not a bad thing.
Perfect location for exploring Copenhagen on foot (or by public transport: it is next to a metro station and central station). Polite and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room. Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast which is worth its price. I definitely recomment this hotel for a short city break.

United KingdomCould be amazing if there was a kettle at least in the room (although you can get coffee from the reception at a small fee) and better soundproofing. You can hear people coughing and moving their chairs in the room.
Good central location very close to the train station. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Blackout curtains are a huge plus. Breakfast was good for the price.

PolandBecause of thin walls it's a bit noisy while you can hear a lot from others rooms and from the corridor. It would be a nice touch to have some hot served meals on the breakfast and access to the kettle, if not in every room it could be shared eg. on the floor.
Fantastic location for city break just few steps away from metro and main railway station. Nice rooms with private bathroom and everyday cleaning service, simple but really cozy. Really good breakfast which was served in spacious restaurant.

NetherlandsThe hotel is quite noisy. We were with three girls, and we certainly didn't talk loudly and we weren't in Copenhagen to party, but you could hear this clearly in the hallway. We could also sometimes hear other guests talking. Additionally, we had a room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was a shower and a separate toilet. However, we shared one shower and one separate toilet with one floor. During our stay, there weren't a lot of guests on our floor, but I can imagine that when there were more people you might have to wait to use the shower or toilet.
The hotel is clean, and the check-in and check-out is very flexible. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect in the city. Everything is close by and especially the central station. The room and bathroom were very clean.

TurkeyRooms are too small to move. Especially If you're 3 person with a teenager moving can be too hard in the room but every space has been used efficently.
Rooms are clean, personal have smiling face also kind, helpful. Especially Special thanks to Receptionist Yanks. There is not kettle and hair dryer in the rooms but you can borrow it from reception for free. Breakfast is delicious and enough. Coffee and tea options are perfect. No word to delicious Danish ceheeses.
